Definitely D .. it’ looks more premium & classy more brand relatable. the red reminds me of a Clarins gift box. I’m not keen on the red & white stripe it’s too busy. I do like the purple but white is the winner for me.

None?! If I had to i’d lean towards D BUT with a bit more info. B and C look like standard Home Bargain sets whereas A and D look more classic, but with no idea what they are, would put me off. Hope that makes sense!
