I love your brand, follow it everywhere but hasn’t tried it yet. (the reason is simple, I have so much old style laundry detergent I want to finish them first). However I must say, I’m a bit disappointed .. I loved your promotional idea of free sample if England wins, and I was on your website right after the game, but there was nowhere to claim the sample… Also I filled out the questionnaire which promised free sample again, but I never was offered any.
You have put together an amazing brand, so fresh and young with I’m sure a great product behind it, but not following through with promotions and promises leaves a rather bitter taste in the mouth.
Hope you’ll resolve this soon.
