I have just retired from working in ecotoxicology research. Some form of make-over would be most welcome to dress or look less like someone who worked in a laboratory with insects!
If it’s not possible, don’t worry, I don’t expect I fit your usual demographic but I am trying to spread the word as I love your product.

I ordered £10 sample collection so I could smell before I buy !
First order turned up with only a wash bag so I think someone has sticky fingers
At delivery
So emailed and got a replacement lot straight away no fuss made
Second lot made it to my house so think maybe a different delivery person “or they hadn’t got any more washing to be done with my free shampoo/conditioners 😂
Anyway the second lot came and some was popped open so
I really didn’t want to hassle or complain again but just offered some inspiration on packaging as they need to be in hard packaging
But the lovely people in the emails
Have gave me 30percent discount of my first order which I really appreciated and the customer service is amazing
I will be making my first order as made my way though the testers now
I think you are onto a winner with the gift to make peoples day
I have none my self
I would just be happy with anything
If was gifted

I think this is a wonderful idea – I would really love something relaxing and a treat to myself. I have recently taken on responsibility of office director for a hopefully up coming company, backing many great charities but wow it a challenge and I’m feeling rather burnout with it all as well as my poorly animals at home.
