1. Keine Aufreißlaschen mehr!!
Wir haben ursprünglich eine Aufreißlasche angebracht, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produkte während des Transports nicht auslaufen. Ihr habt uns aber mitgeteilt, wie schwer sie sich öffnen lässt. Besonders, wenn ihr lange Fingernägel habt!
2. Luftdichter
Der neue Deckel schließt nahtlos ab, sodass Sie sich keine Sorgen um Auslaufen machen müssen.
3. Schnellerer Versand für Sie
Diese neuen Deckel ermöglichen uns eine deutlich schnellere Flaschenproduktion. Sie werden nur mit einer Schraube befestigt, anstatt den Verschluss einzudrücken und dann den Deckel aufzuschrauben. Das bedeutet eine effizientere Produktion und schnelleres Verpacken Ihrer Bestellungen!

Wir sind bei der Entwicklung dieser neuen Deckel zwar auf einige Schwierigkeiten gestoßen, aber wir wollten uns wirklich die Zeit nehmen, um sie für Sie perfekt zu machen!
Zukünftig werden alle neu produzierten Flaschen mit den verbesserten Verschlüssen ausgestattet sein – es kann aber sein, dass Sie die alten Verschlüsse noch einmal sehen werden, da wir sie in den nächsten Monaten schrittweise aus dem Verkehr ziehen.

If these are like the Tesco delivery I got…. I hated those!
leaked on route to me, and felt a little lose compared to the original white style.
I never had much of an issue with the old style, because I did just use a chopstick lol. But… is there any reason you are avoiding styles already in existence by the likes of big brands?
Here’s my wish… a spout, or rounded edge, or slight raised neck (above the square edges) or something where I can get the last remaining product out (tempted to just use the refills as a ‘standard’ option).
Or, can we have a pump lid? can you sell a pump lid for the folks ho want to refill bottles.
I just can’t fathom why we’re not using an inside ‘neck’ with an outside screw on…. am I missing some reason why T&A’s lids aren’t a tried and tested model?

I love and use your fabric sprays in four diff fragrances -but have already bought each twice and had to put the bottles into recycling-are you any nearer in have refills for these as well? Seems a shame to bin perfectly good spray bottles? And I’ve only ever had 1 leak in all my orders and I’ve got. A lot including the recent odyssey sell out!

So happy about that. My last two orders (I have them on repeat)…2 of the bottles tops weren’t in properly and spilled all over the kitchen the other one I couldn’t get open when I struggled with it guess what…it ended up all over the kitchen. Kitchen smelt amazing though 🤣.
Seriously though it’s a bit expensive to lose so much product.
I do love it though apart from that

Brilliant news about the lids. I love the products but the lids were a challenge. Didn’t put me off though. Will you be sending samples out of new fragrances in our purchase’s? Or even sniff cards could be an xxx
