Your bottles just got upgraded 🥳

I love and use your fabric sprays in four diff fragrances -but have already bought each twice and had to put the bottles into recycling-are you any nearer in have refills for these as well? Seems a shame to bin perfectly good spray bottles? And I’ve only ever had 1 leak in all my orders and I’ve got. A lot including the recent odyssey sell out!

So happy about that. My last two orders (I have them on repeat)…2 of the bottles tops weren’t in properly and spilled all over the kitchen the other one I couldn’t get open when I struggled with it guess what…it ended up all over the kitchen. Kitchen smelt amazing though 🤣.
Seriously though it’s a bit expensive to lose so much product.

Brilliant news about the lids. I love the products but the lids were a challenge. Didn’t put me off though. Will you be sending samples out of new fragrances in our purchase’s? Or even sniff cards could be an xxx

I agree with these comments, on the new lids not working great, unfortunately. I was very excited for them, as the ring pulls are awful, and I don’t even have long nails! My most recent order I had 4 bottles and 3 out of 4 were the old ring pulls and the only one in there with the new lid was the one that had leaked everywhere. I didn’t bother emailing because I’ve had to email about leaking and issues with all my other orders. So I saved myself the effort and gave them the benefit of the doubt. But now I see people having the exact same problem with the news lids as I did I thought I’d let you know. It’s a shame. The perfume spray bottles too (it was my first time ordering these) also leak all over your fingers with just one spray and the smell of the perfume sprays are extremely strong so it takes a while to even get the smell off your hands after washing repeatedly. For something that lasts so long it’s irritating that the spray triggers are seemingly very cheaply made and non durable. Such a shame for such nice products a lot of the product of both the laundry liquids and perfume sprays are being wasted due to the containers. I’m very gutted to be honest as there’s always been a problem with every order I’ve purchased and received. It does make me order less than I would because I end up having to clean the entire box contents due to leaks and also end up with very concentrated product all over myself and my kitchen before I can use anything or even be excited about the new smells etc. Not to mention the money wasted as we don’t get as many washes out of the liquids when it’s leaked all over the box and everything in it. Which also makes our products uneven, where you would have ran out of them at the same time, you end up running out of one before the other. It takes the fun out of it which I know was a big part of your brand idea of making us want to do and enjoy doing laundry. It’s not enjoyable having to clean every single one of your brand new, unopened laundry products you’ve just received, yourself, and your kitchen – just to be able to use and enjoy the new products.
