1. Keine Aufreißlaschen mehr!!
Wir haben ursprünglich eine Aufreißlasche angebracht, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produkte während des Transports nicht auslaufen. Ihr habt uns aber mitgeteilt, wie schwer sie sich öffnen lässt. Besonders, wenn ihr lange Fingernägel habt!
2. Luftdichter
Der neue Deckel schließt nahtlos ab, sodass Sie sich keine Sorgen um Auslaufen machen müssen.
3. Schnellerer Versand für Sie
Diese neuen Deckel ermöglichen uns eine deutlich schnellere Flaschenproduktion. Sie werden nur mit einer Schraube befestigt, anstatt den Verschluss einzudrücken und dann den Deckel aufzuschrauben. Das bedeutet eine effizientere Produktion und schnelleres Verpacken Ihrer Bestellungen!

Wir sind bei der Entwicklung dieser neuen Deckel zwar auf einige Schwierigkeiten gestoßen, aber wir wollten uns wirklich die Zeit nehmen, um sie für Sie perfekt zu machen!
Zukünftig werden alle neu produzierten Flaschen mit den verbesserten Verschlüssen ausgestattet sein – es kann aber sein, dass Sie die alten Verschlüsse noch einmal sehen werden, da wir sie in den nächsten Monaten schrittweise aus dem Verkehr ziehen.

Only thing is every delivery I’ve had there has been some leakage. Only small amounts but always a leak and mucky bottle tops!! Love them tho 💜

This is a shout out to Almae and Demme. Thank you both so much in helping me with my orders. I believe that sending proof of your orders that have not come or have leaked is good business sense. Thank you both again for your prompt replies, understanding, and just general care with regards to my orders. Golden oud is my favourite. Hopefully my new orders will arrive with no mishaps.

I agree, my Oud and Santal conditioner bottles leaked in the box, but the shampoo bottles were fine. Not too terrible of a leak but odd that only the conditioner bottles leaked. Maybe because they were on the bottom and the added pressure? I live at elevation in the US so many liquids tend to expand when they’re shipped to a place that is high in elevation. My previous delivery of Aurora bottles didn’t leak. Hoping that it’s maybe an isolated incident. I ordered another set of Oud and Santal and hoping that they don’t leak. Perhaps maybe something to wrap around the lid itself (I hate adding more plastic to the environment but it may need to be investigated).
