I haven’t received my order? Where is is?

Really disappointed with the customer service.. I got the oud product and couldn’t smell the fragrance.. spoke to customer service and they asked me to send it back. The bottles weren’t closing properly and the liquid leaked everywhere. I informed the team and they were so unhelpful. Had to email continuously to get a reply, only got 50% off and it was such a waste of money ( I purchased 3 sets). I’m really disappointed to say the least. I asked for a replacement which they didn’t give me.

Hi, I got my first order of Oud delivered yesterday (first time with Tallow & Ash) and thought I’d surprise my wife with clean sheets that smell amazing! How disappointed we were, we couldn’t smell any fragrance at all even though I used the washing and conditioner. As people have expressed such delight I’m wondering if we’ve been sent a batch with not enough fragrance added.
