I think you have been doing really well love the scents, the only thing, I think you need checking is your customer service, this was only one time and I know things happen. I ordered Mid May and we are in the middle of July and still not received my order. First time ( I only realised it mid Jun as I had a death and a funeral) the CS said I would receive it the following week and nothing at all. Once again I had to complain because there was no follow up. Also I was told that it would get a new delivery and it would be expedited and I just saw the delivery message it is a 2 day delivery meaning it was not sent as a priority otherwise it would say next day. I love everything but was disappointed how I was treated.

I am a recent joiner but I do recall seeing influencers using your products early on and being intrigued. The sample packs were inspired. Chance to use the product and see what fragrances work. So much better than the single use freebies you normally see. As my husband has very sensitive skin the non bio aspect is really good. Lots of comms from you which helps a customer to feel part of the journey and I feel we are helping to shape and influence future ideas. Loving the product and the aesthetics of the bottles are amazing. Thank you.
