My wife’s first order never arrived,we asked for it to be re-ordered,that took a while but eventually arrived. So considering we are new customers,it wasn’t a great start.

I love the theory behind it all. Great products too. I love the duvet day one. Only a slight negative and could just be me! When pouring some seems to drip out the lid from previous pour. I now make sure I am over the draw to catch the drip rather than the floor.
