I love your subscription ideas!
It might not feel on brand, but I wonder if you had a customer that for every £30 spent (e.g.) they got a ‘free spin cycle’, which meant they could win more points, £1 or £2 off next subscription, free spin, or a free mystery fragrance tester… just a little bit of fun that rewards based on accumulated spend or regularity of orders!
Refer a friend bonus as well would be good – like an ‘extra rinse’ bonus, like £5 off your account towards the cost of a months’ worth of average estimated washing machine usage. Not too gimmicky and probably could be adjusted to suit the brand identity. :)

Love the shape of the bottles but.. is it possible to put a mark on the sides so when they sit in the cupboard it’s easy to see which is shampoo or conditioner…. I don’t always use the conditioner so it would save a little time. Thanks
