I have enjoyed my first order but it was so slow at being dispatched and delivered. Told it was a warehouse move and then my second order still not arrived 5 days later – come on… people want their order quickly. SO slow and not transparent or meeting expectations!

Hi, I’m new to your products, but loving them! Do you offer a generic bottle that can be refilled, a neutral? I know we could wash out the previous and use a different refill, but thought it may help recycling ☺️

We need more of a difference between the shampoo/conditioner bottles please. The writing is so pale& small that I can hardly see it. It is irritating that I cant just reach for the correct bottle without scrutinizing the writing at close quarters. I use the one touch rule in the kitchen/laundry area. expect to touch a regularly used item only once. The smell of Oud is amaxing btw. Thank you.
