Be best if you can take payment off at regular time in month so people know exactly what date it is and prevent customers being charged by bank

I have enjoyed my first order but it was so slow at being dispatched and delivered. Told it was a warehouse move and then my second order still not arrived 5 days later – come on… people want their order quickly. SO slow and not transparent or meeting expectations!

We need more of a difference between the shampoo/conditioner bottles please. The writing is so pale& small that I can hardly see it. It is irritating that I cant just reach for the correct bottle without scrutinizing the writing at close quarters. I use the one touch rule in the kitchen/laundry area. expect to touch a regularly used item only once. The smell of Oud is amaxing btw. Thank you.

Hi, we recently bought the trial samples and steadily working our way through them. My husband, who I’m pretty sure doesn’t know how to work our washing machine loved the Odysey one so much he asked me to buy some for him to take back to work (he works away for 2 weeks of the month) – you could have knocked me down with a feather! I’ve ordered it for him but my suggestion is could we buy a bundle of the trial sachets but all of the one type? It would be so much easier for him to open one and stick it in and I’ll know he isn’t wasting the product! On a practical level it would save carting around bottles but also could be used for people going on holiday etc where they might only use a machine once.
The other thing is when hanging outside the smell completely changed – this was the coconut one – it went from being really lovely to something not quite so good!

Hi, I have a subscription for my shampoo and conditioner bars from gruum, they give you free delivery with all subscriptions. I think this would encourage more people to sign up for a subscription, it would definitely encourage me. I would just like to say I absolutely love your products, the scents are amazing and as someone who has extremely sensitive eczema prone skin I have never used a laundry product before that has had absolutely no adverse effect on my skin. Thank you .

Hi Ciara! You should do a discount or vouchers for those who send you back the empty bottles! I have some of them and it feels wrong to throw nice looking bottles! Instead, you can reuse them!

I think a larger size would be amazing for subscribers – something like a three litre or five litre container that could be delivered less frequently and use less overall plastic to be more eco-conscious. If it’s subscriber only you might get a better idea of how many people would be interested.

So I’ve read a few posts where people say the love the smell but it’s not very strong. Why don’t you do your own version of scent booster beads. I’d love the bedding to smell strong but don’t wait to mix our present scent boosters with your gorgeous smells, just an idea!

It might not feel on brand, but I wonder if you had a customer that for every £30 spent (e.g.) they got a ‘free spin cycle’, which meant they could win more points, £1 or £2 off next subscription, free spin, or a free mystery fragrance tester… just a little bit of fun that rewards based on accumulated spend or regularity of orders!
Refer a friend bonus as well would be good – like an ‘extra rinse’ bonus, like £5 off your account towards the cost of a months’ worth of average estimated washing machine usage. Not too gimmicky and probably could be adjusted to suit the brand identity. :)

Love the shape of the bottles but.. is it possible to put a mark on the sides so when they sit in the cupboard it’s easy to see which is shampoo or conditioner…. I don’t always use the conditioner so it would save a little time. Thanks
