I have to say that iâve followed you guys for a while but iâm not an investor, I love your products but I donât agree with the business decision to make fragrances only available at certain times or to certain people.
I could get behind the birthday one, that made sense. But I actually canât get behind the âyou can only buy this if youâre an investorâ. For those who are not investors and who avidly follow your products it can leave customers feeling a little bit disregarded. The rest of the folks who have bought your products have given you money too, weâve supported you as well⊠the email saying âhey look, new fragrance⊠but you canât have itâ is a little bit crap.
I wonât stop buying your products as a result, and iâm not too butthurt about it, but at the same time itâs just feedback that you might want to consider. I have plenty of your product at home (the birthday one actually which is awesome) but if you had launched a jo malone duplicate and only offered it to investors i have to say⊠Iâd be kicking off.
