At Tallow+Ash, around 75% of our team and 90% of our amazing customers are women. 🥰 So celebrating and empowering women is incredibly important to us, not just in the workplace, but in everyday life too, supporting each other, celebrating achievements, and sharing stories about the women in our lives who inspire us every day.

My mum. She’s been my rock for 45 years. It doesn’t matter what she’s going through, one call and she’s there. She held my hand during my miscarriage in COVID when no one else was allowed to be there. She picked up the pieces of my broken heart and taught me that life was still possible. And since my rainbow baby arrived she’s been THE BEST nana, dropping everything anytime I needed help.

My daughter deserves recognition for her bravery and strength.
She recently dislocated her ankle and broke her foot in 3 places. She had surgery to place metal plates and 14 screws to hold her foot and ankle together.
She has a whole YEAR of physio and daily exercises x3 sets a day.
She doesn’t complain. She hasn’t moaned about all the obstacles she now faces as her foot may never be right again.
I want her to know she’s an amazing young woman. And I’m so incredibly proud of her strength and ability to adapt to challenging times.
On IWD, we always speak of which woman deserves recognition from the past year.
To me, that’s my daughter.

Love to celebrate my daughter who has been right by my side since being diagnosed with Cancer despite being 37 weeks pregnant when I was diagnosed … 4 surgeries and 25 rounds of radiotherapy we will be celebrating myself being in remission and my grandsons 3rd birthday in May 💙
