A bottle return scheme would be great, maybe earning bonus frequent flyer points or products for sending back bottles to be recycled.
There are some scents I prefer over others, so the ones I’m unlikely to order refills for could be returned to you, cleaned and recycled ♻️

Have you considered adding a luxury bubble bath or shower foam to the range, so it enhances the fragrance when you get into bed at night. Maybe fot the relaxing fragrances

I love your perfume smells, our household adores Oud, Odyssey, duvet day and Aurora. I desperately miss Celestial.💜
We’re not keen on the fruit smells, pistachio, icing on the cake, Bahamas vibes.

I store my laundry items sideways in the cupboard (as if they were books), but the “spine” of your bottles doesn’t say what each one contains! Please could you add a kind of book title to the spine of the bottle? Basically saying what scent and what product (shampoo or conditioner) it is?

I love the bundle with all of different products because everything smells differently beautiful . My son said use only Odisey for my clothes, my husband stopped moaning about smells of the conditioners, my daughters every time says "oh, this smells so good. " Me , I miss Celestial, but I hope you’ll keep Oud. Odisey,lucky men, I hope you’ll keep it as well because my son loved it and his room smells so lovely . I love the gentle notes of Date night and Aurora for my daughters. Just I am not big fan to smell like food that I eat, like cocoa, coconuts, some fruits and sweets when you feel exact smell of them not in combinations, otherwise they smells lovely as well… love them just they are not my favourite ones.
