Chromflasche?

I was quite surprised about the thick plastic bottles when they arrived as they seemed oversized for the 700ml. I’d want to keep re-using the plastic bottles and get refills of washing liquid and conditioner in a pouch. I think the chrome bottles would be a fantastic reward after so many months of subscription. You could offer them for sale too – as an option with pouches, as a more glamorous starter pack. For me this is about nil chemicals and a more ethical manufacturing process. Concentrating the liquid for us to add water to on arrival to home would also save weight in freight and ensure the bottles can be filled to the top (mine looked more like 3/4 full on arrival). Carbon footprint, ethics, cruelty free products are all interlinked so refilling a metal container that would last year’s would be the way to go.

Wonderful bottle but I think it should be available to everyone and should be a stand alone refill bottle. Refills could come in environmentally friendly pouches, not plastic.

Stand alone bottle for people wishing to fill up. I have limited space for storage so all detergents etc live under the sink so standard bottles will be my choice on subscription. Love them though

I think it should only be available to subscribers and vip customers. Too many people will oder just for the bottle and fill them with store bought product and not T&A …..loyal customers should be rewarded for their custom ..I love how this brand does not prioritise or show favourism toward home cleaning accounts .
