People were getting so, so, so annoyed about the fill on our bottles, and we hear you. We've been more annoyed that we haven't made all of you as happy as possible!

But finally... We've fixed it!
In short, you now get an extra 15% liquid in every bottle, for the same price.. Here's the story why:
Some people have commented they think our bottles aren't full. And it's true, the bottles are slightly bigger than the amount of product that's in there. 
It's standard practice in our industry for the bottles to be bigger than the liquid inside them, this is due to how bubbly and foamy the products are when you fill them up.
 
If you take a mainstream brand bottle that you'd find in Sainsbury's or Tesco you'll see in the video it's not completely full. 
We've been wanting to change this since the first time we got a comment on it - as we always want you guys to feel you're getting amazing value for money with us!
We couldn't do it from the start of the brand 14 months ago because we had pretty basic machinery and pumping equipment. 
There were two things we were waiting for to be able to make it happen. The first is what's called a Diaphragm pump, and the second is a machine with a Dive Nozzle.
The new pump pulls the liquid through in a way that doesn't make the liquid foam, the old pump would really just whip our Laundry Shampoo into a foam inside the bottle.
This has now been sorted, and every order from onwards comes with 15% extra liquid filled to a perfect amount, super fast so it doesn't affect our shipments and production speed.

Received my bundle pack this afternoon and my offer bottles, they smell absolutely amazing and yes I’ve just put a wash on 🤣🤞🏽 am so glad it’s non bio has I suffer with a skin condition Chronic Urticaria, I am so glad my sister introduced me to your product, I love how it’s environmental friendly, clean chemicals etc this is a product that I am willing to support and I wish you all the luck on growing your positive business thank you 🤞🏽🧡🌹🙏🏽😍

I do agree with the comments that say something needs to be done with regards to the spout. Mine came off completely when I took the seal off, which was quite a struggle (and I’m a young person). Also, each time I pour the detergent it leaks everywhere, as the residue liquid doesn’t go back in the bottle once you’ve put the bottle back down after use, just collect round the spout and leaks the next time I’m using it. I’ve only had the discovery bundle so far, really loved Oud and Date Night and will probably order more in the future, however, I find it to be really expensive as I do 4 loads of laundry a week on average and I live in an area with very hard water so have to use more product for each load. I do find my laundry feeling a bit different after using Tallow +Ash (good different) just to expensive for my budget to completely switch to using only Tallow + Ash. Any future orders will be just to spoil my self as the scents are amazing (and it makes sense for the smell on dry clothes to be different than the one in the bottle – even perfumes smell different depending on person wearing them and even the climate and environment you’re in – noticed the last one whilst travelling)
