Unfortunately I’ve found customer service to be poor and frustrating and has wasted a lot of my time. I won’t go into detail here but are the negatives covered as learning experiences ant these meetings and to look at how the company can provide improved customer service and avoid negative impact on customers (potentially former customers). To be given miss information and then to be told someone is following a process when my issue may not be aligned with that process is not giving good customer care. I’ve seen people say they’ve had great customer service but I can’t say the same at all I’m afraid.

Hey team,
I personally appreciate the very quick response times at all hours and the helpful disposition of the team, I also enjoy and appreciate being able to communicate my thoughts on here it makes me feel like I and my voice are valued, and it feels like I’m involved a little like one of the team myself. I’m able to communicate personally it’s a unique and meaningful experience well done!
I do also enjoy that your goals are customer focused & are just as important as company growth goals.
I’d like to say thank you, and keep up the hard work I’m sure it’s no easy feat.
You also deserve to be celebrated as much as the community without the platforms and opportunity it wouldn’t be possible.
From my very short time of being a customer you’ve been great! and I strangely have a sense of being proud you and the community built, thanks for sharing with us. 🫶🏽🙌🏽👏🏽🥇🎉
