Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

A yearly delivery pass. Some other companies I pay about £15.99 a year and get unlimited deliveries for example 🙂

My bottles seem to leak half the time, please make some lids that stay screwed on properly. Also no delivery charge for subscribers/reduce the limit to £30 cos not all of us have space for £50+ of washing products!

1- More samples please – especially for new fragrances.
2- Could the scents be a bit stronger to last longer?

The subscription is a bit of a rip off for 2 bottles, says £3.99 postage but each time I’ve been charged £5.99, that’s quite a lot when I could just wait, do a bigger order and get postage free, not really worth getting the free stain remover when spending £6 a time. Other than that everything is great.
I’d love a bio or gym wash, I work with dogs and do a lot of running so I need something that get the lovely stink out my sports and doggy clothes. A nice fresh scent for gym clothes would be brilliant that’s safe for technical fabrics.

Maybe larger bottle sizes? I feel like I waste lots of plastic! And a recycling scheme to send bottles back to you too, I hate throwing them away! Also, car fresheners
