Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Hey! Absolutely love your products and customer service. I would actually love it if you made reed diffusers/wax melts! I know slightly different product, but I love when my house smells of the fabric spray so having a reed diffuser for the bathroom would be incredible!

More fruity scents like strawberry or peach 💖 or lemon sherbet, something to help perk us up on long days haha

Have a free scratch card that has all the scents so I can order one that I k ow I am going to like, but also get the households opinion. We all have sensory issues and smell can be a trigger.

I love most of your scents, but i miss Celestial. (i used to buy it). I know it was good, as when the bedding was drying, even the bees came over and tried to settle on the sheets as they thought it was a flower! Mustve been good!
Regardless – keep up the good work, it brings some happiness whatever the scent. I’m a fan of Pistachio, Celestial, Little Miracle and Oud. I’ve ordered the two new scents so looking forward to those. Santal and Golden Oud. I’ll give my opinion when i’ve tried them.
Keep making my laundry room/Kitchen into a perfumery house (as you do) and I’ll be happy!
