What are we missing?

What are we missing?

Hey, it’s Ciara here :)

We want to make your laundry day something you look forward to. We hope that in 2025, we create the even more incredible products for you - and us 🤭 - to use.

Right now, I need to start working on fragrance ideas for the second half of 2025. And I’d love your opinion on what you want to see! I’ve put together a questionnaire that will hopefully find out what you like, and then I’ll take your answers and over the next few days I’ll develop scent moodboards and brands and then show you them to get your feedback on the ideas!

So, if you’ve got a few minutes while watching Squid Games or Gogglebox, take this scent questionnaire, help us develop the future of laundry products! It’s early… but these could end up going in supermarkets.. who knows!!

Thanks for your thoughts in advance. 🥰

Best wishes,

Ciara

You’re still missing sample packs in all of the available fragrances so people can try before buying full size. Your discovery set says it’s every fragrance, but it’s missing quite a few. I would also love refills in Icing On The Cake, so when my subscription arrives I’m not receiving new bottles each time. A vanilla based fabric spray would be great too.

Don’t think you’re missing anything, scents are all really good.

However, you mentioned the words missing and supermarket. What’s missing is my gift for giving you a glowing review to present to said supermarkets when you had your big meeting. What’s happening with that?

Thanks

I really like the fact your roots were because of skin issues and sensitivity, therefore I prefer the fragrances that are derived from a natural place if possible rather than chemical. Essential oils – lemon, orange, basil, black pepper, peppermint are fragrances that resonate with me. I like the idea of special fragrances and limited editions linked to the seasons but without the chemical smells.

Not really about fragrance but I would love to see a returns service, where you could send back the refill pouches. I have been saving them just in case? 🤞

How about Roma by Laura Biagiotti this fragrance has been iconic since 1988, not sure where it would sit on your board though. Think oriental bitter orange.
