Can you please stop using Evri to deliver? They continually leave parcels by my front door even though I have instructions to leave in a parcel box by my back gate.

My delivery got destroyed in transit recently and I needed to do some laundry, used a supermarket brand while waited for my new delivery of pouches , really didn’t like how my washing smelt afterwards , my new batch was sent promptly as soon as I’d got in touch thank you

I love pretty much, every scent, the bottle shape is stunning , refillable pouches saves on plastics and it’s kind to my over sensitive skin.
I had cause to contact customer support for a missing item, turns out I didn’t put the required amount in my basket, my mistake but they sent me the item anyway. The response was extremely fast and nothing was too much trouble. They are really friendly and understanding 💚

I tried 4 of the 6 and love everyone. They lost smell fast though but don’t know if it was because not enough shampoo or conditioner in my load so was all for buying them all when you launched today anyway 😜 then I seen use added more product so smell would be stronger which is great news. I bought the box of them all and can not wait to try them all. I never thought I’d get so excited over washing clothes 😂😂😂😂😂 I hope use are a great success

I am becoming slightly obsessed with washing since moving house. I was born with Eczema so my Mum always had to wash my bedding etc separately from my 2 younger sisters. I love fresh smelling bedding, towels and PJ’s. I would love to try something new than the usual non-bio stuff I buy.
