Hey guys, it’s Ciara! I wanted to give you a really exciting update on our new lid design. A couple months ago, we posted a video letting you guys know that we heard your struggles with our current bottle lid, and were going to redesign it for you. Watch it here.
The main thing is the pull-tabs. They make sure your products don’t leak in transit, but they’re a little too secure...
As well as the pull-tabs being hard to open, the production team has to push in every single spout by hand! So it’s slowing down the speed we can get your orders out. As much as we love hearing your creativity and funny stories, we’re getting this changed for you ASAP.
So, we’ve got two new prototypes for you to look at. No pull tabs, and super secure with no dripping. Check out the video below and let us know which one you like!

I think the most simple and easiest design is just the screw cap and pour – no funnel. Although the long plastic funnel should be easier to pour the product, I find it leaks whilst pouring. Thank you.

I would prefer bottle A just the screw lid. I feel the other will still drip into the lid and will waste some of the product .

Definitely the first option you showed, easier to measure too, not keen on a flat cap. Plus it keeps the original design of the bottle

My preference would be the first top described in the video. Incidentally it’s not just broken nails that are a problem with the current design I have arthritic fingers and find the ring pull really difficult so it would be great if the new design was accessible to those with difficulty using their hands. So pleased you are changing the design.
