Hey guys, it’s Ciara! I wanted to give you a really exciting update on our new lid design. A couple months ago, we posted a video letting you guys know that we heard your struggles with our current bottle lid, and were going to redesign it for you. Watch it here.
The main thing is the pull-tabs. They make sure your products don’t leak in transit, but they’re a little too secure...
As well as the pull-tabs being hard to open, the production team has to push in every single spout by hand! So it’s slowing down the speed we can get your orders out. As much as we love hearing your creativity and funny stories, we’re getting this changed for you ASAP.
So, we’ve got two new prototypes for you to look at. No pull tabs, and super secure with no dripping. Check out the video below and let us know which one you like!

Sorry, do not like either of your new tops! I have IBM, and cannot unscrew the bottle! How about another look at your new designs, and have a cover that has a flip spout in the middle of the cover! Flip up when you want to use, and flip it down when not in use, and for storage. This way you get rid of the screw top, and accommodate ALL your customers, even those with challenges!

Either are fine but I like the style of the one that resembles the old one

I prefer the lid similar to the 1 you have now it gives the bottle a more luxurious finish
