We’re changing this ASAP for you!

We’re changing this ASAP for you!

Hey guys, it’s Ciara! I wanted to give you a really exciting update on our new lid design. A couple months ago, we posted a video letting you guys know that we heard your struggles with our current bottle lid, and were going to redesign it for you. Watch it here.

The main thing is the pull-tabs. They make sure your products don’t leak in transit, but they’re a little too secure...

As well as the pull-tabs being hard to open, the production team has to push in every single spout by hand! So it’s slowing down the speed we can get your orders out. As much as we love hearing your creativity and funny stories, we’re getting this changed for you ASAP.

So, we’ve got two new prototypes for you to look at. No pull tabs, and super secure with no dripping. Check out the video below and let us know which one you like!

Hey everyone 👋, new here, just ordered the sample pack. Second one for lid designs for me please as this creates an even more simple design and aesthetic.

Would also like to understand when the refill packaging will be recyclable as that’s the key really to make this product more complete.

Very excited to recieve samples.

Di August 23, 2024

Oh so glad your changing the lids. First one for me.

Faye August 08, 2024

I received my first order yesterday and I hated the ring pull. Took me ages to pull it off!!
So I’m glad you are looking into this . I like the first design .

Kerry Pike July 22, 2024

First option wins for me.
Similar to what is now with less spillage than second option

jason watt July 17, 2024

Hi,
When are you going to offer non plastic/recyclable refills for the existing bottles?
THAT is the real question.

Julie bascombe July 17, 2024

Hi the first one definitely please

Ellie July 17, 2024

Which lid uses less plastic? Looks like B to me. Whichever one that is!

Marion Mclurg July 17, 2024

The first option would be my preference.

Joan July 17, 2024

The 1st one which looks similar to now, bigger cap for holding to open. Second looks difficult for people with hand/finger issues.

Emma Dickinson July 17, 2024

The first one looks better

Kerry Taylor July 12, 2024

Definitely the first option 😍

Kerry Taylor July 12, 2024

Definitely A 😍

Caroline davies July 12, 2024

The first one demonstrated please

Caroline davies July 12, 2024

The first one demonstrated please

Caroline davies July 12, 2024

The first one demonstrated please

Nicki July 12, 2024

Definitely the first prototype that you show in the video! It looks better designed to catch the drips, which has been my main bugbear with the existing bottles! :-)

Laurice July 12, 2024

Option 1 gets my vote! x

lisa July 12, 2024

first one shown please

Mia Dowle July 12, 2024

Definitely the first one it looks more in keeping less bulky and suit the brand

Jasmin July 12, 2024

Definitely bottle 1 ! It just gives it a more unique look !

Brenda Ward July 12, 2024

B definitely

Elle July 12, 2024

Option B, I like that I can pour the detergent in the cap to measure plus it keeps with the original design.

A J Jarvis July 12, 2024

Although I haven’t bought the bottles yet, I intend to once I find a fragrance I like…..so indecisive.
However, A prototype for me.

Hazel July 12, 2024

The first one for me please…☺️

Virginia Clark July 12, 2024

The first one please , looks good 👍🏻

sajida July 12, 2024

definitely the first one as its not so different to the fist design, only great difference is the pull tab that we wont struggle with, thank goodness

Nikki Sanderson July 12, 2024

First option please

Susan Williamson July 12, 2024

First option gets my vote!

Rez Nicol July 12, 2024

B is the first one you showed, right? B please.

Lisa Tyler July 12, 2024

Type B is the best looking & practical

Sue King July 12, 2024

The first one demonstrated. Lots of other companies use something similar. I assume you can refill bottles easily with either design?

Isabella Oakley July 12, 2024

Definitely A x

Dee July 12, 2024

Prototype A made me so happy to look at and genuinely excited!

Maureen Jackson July 12, 2024

First option for me and totally agree the design for opening is not good for our nails and preventing spills needs to change as it’s a great product. Thank you.

Lorna July 12, 2024

Prototype A would be my choice

Diana July 12, 2024

A definitely cooler – looks better AND doesn’t waste/spill product. 😎👍

Kerry Mackley July 12, 2024

Definitely the first option!

Linda July 12, 2024

A… same shape but retains the liquid 👍🏼

Vanessa July 12, 2024

First shown prototype with the measurement option please. I think it’s great how you deal with feedback and turn ‘negative’ into learnings into positive and keep your customers engaged! Well done 💚

Christine Ckose July 12, 2024

Prototype A is my suggestion and thank you for considering the remodelling

Reina July 12, 2024

i would probably go for the second design, flat top, reason being i don’t use the measuring top cause i got a measuring cup that goes inside my washing machine. i really just don’t like removing that hard to open security lid. it hurts my finger

Mandy Norton July 12, 2024

The one on the right definitely please xxx

Jennifer July 12, 2024

Prototype B, it keeps the same design. I won’t need a knife to open the pull tab anymore 😅

stephanie mccallum July 12, 2024

I like A as it’s like the original xx

Angel July 12, 2024

I prefer the first prototype you demonstrated which will prevent the liquid dripping down the side.
I’m so pleased I won’t have to cut the pull off lid with a knife to open the bottle.

Anette Collins July 12, 2024

The first one. Looks like the old design and seems to catch any drips really well. No 2 just looks too bulky, and the cap looks too shallow to easily pour product into without risk of spilling.

Susan Breeds July 12, 2024

Definitely the first design which keeps the original shape and catches the drips.

Sarah gillbard July 12, 2024

The first one, the second one looks cheap and spoils the design.

Nicki Thompson July 12, 2024

Definitely go with the first one you showed us keeping the same design

Nicki Thompson July 12, 2024

Definitely keep the current design cap so the aesthetic is the same

Sandra Easton July 12, 2024

I prefer the first one you showed. Xx
Thanks xx

Lynn McCallum July 12, 2024

The first bottle that looks like the original.
I think the smaller lid would be easier to spill.

Jodie July 12, 2024

Prototype A would be great.
Love that you have taken the feedback on the original on board 🥰 Thank you!

Fran Price July 12, 2024

Definitely first option

Anna Alderton July 12, 2024

The first bottle design in the video looks good!
The top was honestly was the only gripe I had with the product..there just isn’t room to get your finger in and lever the pull top off! But thank you for addressing the problem and consulting your adoring customers! Never imagined doing the washing could be so lovely! 🩷🌸

Abi July 12, 2024

Prototype A for me x

Jane July 12, 2024

Prototype A the first one shown. Looks like the original so we can still use the cap to measure the detergent with. Also like the design for catching the drips from the cap so there’s no spillage or waste.

Alicia Hall July 12, 2024

The first one seems like it looks and operates best.

Bethany Kaye July 12, 2024

I think the 1st design is the best! It retains the original look, just tweaked to be better.

I also think if the measurement lines in the lid could be in a darker colour (black for instance) it would make them easier to read…that would be a bonus :)

Penni July 12, 2024

I like the first one , keeps the container looking the same, the second one I like the little cap but not on your container so 1st one

Laurissa Bickerton July 12, 2024

I genuinely like both. As long as the pull thing has gone and there’s no more dripping? X thank you x

Michelle Thomson July 09, 2024

The first option that is most like the current bottle please.

Mary July 09, 2024

Definitely prototype B

Kathleen Keiser July 09, 2024

A, for the aesthetic and that it send like it catches the drips much better – thanks for the designs!

Barbara Cook July 09, 2024

The first design which retains the shape already used. Easy to measure and catches the drips. Thank you for easier opening x

Katherine Janio July 09, 2024

B definitely (which was the first prototype you demonstrated – which might be confusing :) )

Sandie F July 09, 2024

Prototype A

Jayne Webber July 09, 2024

The first prototype you demonstrated gets my vote ♥️

Michelle Norris July 09, 2024

Type A please all these small tweaks are great.

Anne Davies July 09, 2024

Prototype A please. It looks elegant like the original, but I won’t have to use the handle of a spoon to remove the tab!

Steven July 09, 2024

Prototype A (First One shown)

Lynda Lawlor July 09, 2024

The first one 👏🏻

Michelle E July 09, 2024

Design A looks great

khalida Hussain July 09, 2024

A please look nice and easy

Boo July 09, 2024

The design that catches the drips best and doesn’t spill down the side of the bottle.
Will we be able to get replacement lids for our existing bottles?

Coral Simmons July 09, 2024

First of all can I say a big thank you to the team at Tallow + Ash for asking for our opinion. 🙏 Most companies create their products or services with little regard to the end user and don’t do anything about any issues. I will definitely be buying more of your products and recommending you to all.

I choose the first design that you showed. I think that the dosing lid on the second design is too shallow and will probably result in spillage, either when pouring into the lid or when pouring into the washing machine drawer.

I look forward to seeing the new bottle design.

Ferial D July 09, 2024

Prototype A as it is similar to the original design which is unique, but will now be much easier to open. No more struggling with the pull tabs! Thank you!!🙏🏼

Susan A Walker July 09, 2024

Love all the products.
I struggled with the original pull system and did find it wasted the product.

Both the prototypes are a big improvement.

I loved B. Looking like original.
Many thanks.
Sue

Sally July 09, 2024

Same as current one with the gap for excess to drip back in

Maria Brophy July 09, 2024

Prototype A

Eleanor Young July 09, 2024

First new design

Paula Watts July 09, 2024

I think the protoype that looks like the original design looks the best. As it will still catch the washing product drips. Thanks

Lucy Coleman July 09, 2024

B

Jacqueline Nelson July 09, 2024

The same design as now, I’ve arthritis and oh my days, I’m looking forward to something easier to open 😊

Lisa Probert July 09, 2024

I prefer the lid you demonstrated on the first peach bottle.

Jess July 09, 2024

A close to the current design please :)

Tracy Cartland-Ward July 09, 2024

Bottle B on the new prototype for sure for me…. The one with the narrower top that looks more like the current design…

That flatter design doesn’t look like is can be used for measuring too flat and I for one would find it harder to pour from that large cap into my washer draw

Harriet Shaw July 09, 2024

Either one

Aysha abdurrahman July 09, 2024

I prefer design B.
Thank you for asking us !!!

Dawn Aldred July 09, 2024

B

Debbie July 09, 2024

B looks the best design

Amanda Barrett July 09, 2024

Ooooo the one on the right that you were demonstrating with.

Kelly July 09, 2024

I love prototype B :)

Heather Hyslop July 09, 2024

Hi
I like both new designs
Love your products

Heather

Alyce Thain July 09, 2024

I prefer the look of the one that looks the same as what is already in use. Just more stylish than plain square top

Layla Floyd July 09, 2024

The first one looks the best 👌🏻

Nicola Owen July 09, 2024

I prefer the first one you demo’d as, in using the cap to measure out the dosage, the second cap will allow some dribble down the side of the bottle…

Claire July 09, 2024

I too have struggled pulling the tabs so grateful you are changing them. I definitely think the first one you showed as I like to use the lid as a measure. Thank you

Kelly Davidson July 09, 2024

I like the first one, it looks much nicer and looks like it closes nice and cleanly

Michael Hitchen July 09, 2024

Prototype B

Kelly Davidson July 09, 2024

I like the first one, it looks much nicer and looks like it closes nice and cleanly

Rebecca Bowden July 09, 2024

I like the second one with that looks completely different from the current one.

Sophia Komninou July 09, 2024

I think the first choice is better because it includes the dosing cap. Unless the cup in the second choice also holds as much liquid.

Meryl Heath July 09, 2024

I like the 1st one of the 2 prototypes, with the deeper cup … it looks like the easiest one to pour with & avoid any waste/spills!

Susan Bass July 09, 2024

Top A. (First one)

Emma Wells July 09, 2024

The right one is perfect – it was only ever the ring pull that was difficult. The newer shape left one looks less professional and where do you pour the dose of liquid? In that little cap? ooo no!

PS Someone treat Ciara to a manicure!! :-)

Sharon Siviter July 09, 2024

I prefer the prototype that looks like the original design

Josh July 09, 2024

First prototype option for me, not the bowl one!

Susie Clarke July 09, 2024

I prefer the first prototype. :)

Emma July 09, 2024

I’d go for B for the new top design 😊 x

Kayleigh Berry July 09, 2024

I think bottle B is the great choice for me personally, p.s love the company and that we get to have a say xxxxx

Kate July 09, 2024

A please!

Misha July 09, 2024

Same as previous! Love the white lid

Mike July 09, 2024

The first proposed lid designer looks better & looks to be easier to pour without any spillage. Both seem to be good alternatives but option A would be my choice.

Gael July 09, 2024

Hi there your washing soaps and conditioners really smell nice and when I ordered and opened the container / bottle to use the washing liquid I noticed that the container/ bottle wasn’t full? Is this normal or don’t you actually fill the container? Your product isn’t cheap and I would expect the container to be full. I did take photos in hope that I could show you but not sure how to send via this

Kind regards

Gael

Natalie July 09, 2024

I like the wider neck if it pours easily. Seems simpler and even more that less liquid will go out of the bottle when u put the lid back on

Sophie Partington July 09, 2024

I prefer the one that looks most similar to the current tab. It’s looks better and I think the bigger lid would be more likely to spill.

Tiffany Barone July 09, 2024

I vote for the first of the two. Similar to the other one and the measuring seems the same. The second one seems like it might be messy screwing it back on after pouring from it.

Weronika July 09, 2024

As much as I love the sleek design of the flat/wide cap… but I think B is more practical!

P.s. please just add A vs B poll next time 😅

Lynne Hamilton July 09, 2024

Thank you for listening to your customers the new bottles look great I have rheumatoid arthritis and did struggle with the bottles . Either prototype would work well .

Victoria Mackenzie July 09, 2024

Option 1 for me x

Nikki Piggott July 09, 2024

Thanks for your consideration in redesigning the lids, especially from those of us who have severe arthritis in the hands. I prefer the first of the prototypes demonstrated, and it looks similar to the current design.
Sitting here in my kitchen surrounded by the fragrance of “celestial”. Love, love love your products. X

Teresa Price July 09, 2024

Prototype A keep things similar 😁

Kelly Sambridge July 09, 2024

B! 🙂

Anita Chandra July 09, 2024

The one that keeps to the original design is nicer

Lauren July 09, 2024

I’m a sucker for uniformity so I think I prefer prototype B!
I commend how you guys take on board our voices … truly the best!

John Taylor July 09, 2024

The one on the right as seen in the video is my choice.

Sue North July 09, 2024

i like the first new prototype that Ciara mentions for the new pourer.
Thanks

Janet whiteman July 09, 2024

Either are brilliant . The one on the left of picture ( with the domed pour cup) might be the most helpful for measuring. Your style of container is really good and easy to store. Colourful too. You have a brilliant product and am so glad to have found you .

Elizabeth Evans July 09, 2024

I think the first one would be the best option

Andrea Garner July 09, 2024

Hi! I like the look of the first prototype with the narrower lid.

Beverley Stephenson-Luckhurst July 09, 2024

Hey there Ciara,
They both look pretty cool but I prefer the prototype with the pouring spout, it’ll be easier to pour out the amount required with the residuein the cap going directlybabk into the container.

Hope all goes well.

Thank you

Janette Guest July 09, 2024

Hi, option A – The screw top keeping the same design.

Debra July 09, 2024

Just used your product for first time, and the lid definitely flummoxed me for a few minutes. So pleased to see plans to change. Prefer the first prototype that you presented with original style lid with new design. 😊

Gill McDonald July 09, 2024

The first change you showed looked like a good idea 👍

Laurajane July 09, 2024

The first one you showed us! It looks like the old one (for those seamless cupboard/shelf photos!) but love that the product drips back into he bottle and doesn’t waste anything!

Lynn White July 09, 2024

I think the new lid that keeps the pouring cap inside looks better and seems more practical, not the shallow flat one.

Kerry Lampon July 09, 2024

I like prototype A the one on the right in the video

Marie Donovan July 09, 2024

The first one.

Ann-marie July 09, 2024

Hi, I prefer the new type with the pouring spout 🤗

Melissa McPhail July 09, 2024

B

Andrea Ronald July 09, 2024

I like the first prototype best! So, A!

Rafaella Melo-Stagni July 09, 2024

I would definitely suggest going for number 1.

Kim Smith July 09, 2024

The one that looks the same will still have same problem of gunk collecting around top but how will other bottle stop that happening??

Rachael Cregan July 09, 2024

I think the different shape than the current lid. It looks more sleek.. however the lid design is fantastic to ensure that no product is lost! Brilliant.

Lorna Davies July 09, 2024

The first one the lady shows us!

Ellen Lee July 09, 2024

Hi there,
I prefer type A. Thanks.

Susan McInnes July 09, 2024

B

Joseph Walker July 09, 2024

Feel like two give a simple and unique look :) x

Jim Pitt July 09, 2024

The similar one on the right. Does the job easier but helps to keep the original similarity of the design.

Alanna Lankester July 09, 2024

First cap looks like less likely to cause messy dosing issues.

Sharron Gray July 09, 2024

The first one

Leona July 09, 2024

For me personally I like the lid that has the T&A logo on that keeps the original design with the pouring spout and dosing lid cup. Also think the conditioner bottles should be a couple of shades darker so can easily distinguish visually at a glance, just a thought! You’re such a great company, wish I had invested now, I ummed and aahed until I was too late 😢

Christelle Goepfert July 09, 2024

I like the new bottle on the left in the video with a completely different lid , esthetic is more pleasing also . Thank you for changing that xx

Ruth Gallagher July 09, 2024

The first one looks easier as its taller. I have dexterity problems and the second lid is being smaller would be difficult for me to hold. I hope you go for the first one ☺️

Diane Dougall July 09, 2024

I think that the first prototype will solve the issues we have at the moment, perfectly. Also, it might be more difficult to direct the solution in to the fabric conditioner compartment with the second prototype.

Jitka July 09, 2024

Love the one on the right as it is in line with the current company design. Feels more stylish as well.

Sue Shutler July 09, 2024

The first design is the best

Louise Clark July 09, 2024

The issue with all of these bottles is that the position of the pouring hole and the bottle being rectangular, means precious detergent and conditioner gets trapped. Please could that be looked in to! The refills are much easier to use given where their spout is!!

Lisa Matheson July 09, 2024

I think the first option new lid design that is similar to current but with improvements I think will work well

Aarti July 09, 2024

I have badly broken my nail as a result
Of the old bottles – do we order and how do we decide which one? How do we test tne new designs

GREG SHELDRAKE July 09, 2024

Right hand bottle. For sure.

Susannah Appleyard July 09, 2024

So pleased to hear that you are changing the lids. Thank you for taking on board our comments. I worked out a spoon handle technique to open and did get some liquid ping up in my eye once as tab so violent! Eek! I prefer the first one you show. It looks more like original as dispenser lid looks deeper for measuring the dose. Can’t wait! Thank you ♥

Pru Parkes July 09, 2024

I’m sorry but I don’t like either of the new designs.

Richard Marsh July 09, 2024

I think the first one is better but tbh,,,, it’s what’s easiest for you

Doreen Drummond July 09, 2024

Thanks for listening to us, I like the simplicity or the 2nd prototype

Mare July 09, 2024

I like the first one best. I hate the way the current design leaves product on inside of lid.

Jack July 09, 2024

Prototype A – way better!

Susan Tresidder July 09, 2024

Oh this is brilliant! I currently use the handle of a spoon to open my bottles! I like the first one, the one that looks like the current bottle but just unscrews

natalie brennan July 09, 2024

A

Tracy Dilger July 09, 2024

The first one you displayed please which keeps the outer lid style similar to the original.

Mrs Sharan Beesley July 09, 2024

I prefer B. It looks like it would be a lot clearer

Abbie Gilruth July 09, 2024

The first one looks so much easier, cleaner and I love the logo on the lid. It gets my vote!

Jo July 09, 2024

Loved the video, I like the design of the first new lid you showed us will be glad when I get the new lids

Steph lovegrove July 09, 2024

The one that looks like the current version is my fave! The flat one looks like it’ll be harder to pour into the drawer without spillage! Narrow and deep seems like a safer option.

Marianne Barrett July 09, 2024

Thank you for involving us customers in the design of the bottle tops👍❤️ As far as I’m concerned I sympathise with the people finding the pull tab challenging (I don’t have a problem with it, though🤔) As far as the new design options are concerned, I’m happy with either of them, as long as they fit the bottles and you don’t have to change the whole design😁
Best regards from Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Marianne Barrett

Alison Brannigan July 09, 2024

I too have problems pulling out the tab as I have osteoarthritis so my hands aren’t the strongest. I prefer the option that looks more like the original one, especially as it looks like it stops the liquid leaking when you put the lid back on.
Loving your products though, they’re all amazing.

Abbie Jones July 09, 2024

I like the one that looks like the original shape just for aesthetic purposes 😊

Mrs Joanne Leithead July 09, 2024

The first of the new designs please.
The one where it drips back into the bottle.
Would have been helpful if she said, this is design A etc.

Nikola Millar July 09, 2024

The one on the right which looks the same as the original bottle 😁

Mary Hicks July 09, 2024

A

Kate Williams July 09, 2024

I prefer the first one with the pour back top.

Does this mean you will replace our old tops? I purchased a few bottles and was planning on using refills for recycling

Elaine Traves July 09, 2024

B is best

Ilona July 09, 2024

I would prefer lid A

Sue Parker July 09, 2024

I like the one that looks like the current design as I think the cap we use for measuring the detergent is more practical. I think it will be easier to get the detergent from the cap into the washing machine. Hope that makes sense. Sue

Rory Archer July 09, 2024

Tbh I the current lid is perfectly fine to open & my 75 year old mum can open it with ease…but hey I’m guessing it’s the same people who can’t open a cano water and reseal that…

I like the change of the excess product going back into the bottle instead of the tiny amount that goes down the sides…(though I do wash my cap anyway before screwing back on so there isn’t any excess…)

B keeps your image…and first and foremost it’s your product so you should choose which silhouette you prefer…A is clean and simple & seems to save a fraction of height space…& probably my choice but ultimately the product is dope and I’d buy it even if I had to use a can opener & find our own container haha

Keep up the good work
Ror

Isobel payne July 09, 2024

The first alternative please

Kathryn July 09, 2024

Option 1 (for the new lid)! option 2 looks a little bulky.

Alexis Hall July 09, 2024

The first one you showed, please. It looks like it would be easier to use and get rid of the really annoying mess and spill the current lid causes.

Katie Symes July 09, 2024

1st new design looks great! Easy open easy pour easy put back….it’s a win win 🏅

Paula Millard July 09, 2024

I prefer B, the kid is the same shape as the current one and the doing cap is just a deep

Fiona Haddon July 09, 2024

No 1

Brigita July 09, 2024

B please, to keep T&A identity 😅

Sarah Meredith July 09, 2024

i like the first lid you demo’d, that retains the look of the current design.

Suze Roughton July 09, 2024

Although A looks much better, a sleeker & more modern design, I think that for dosing B is probably more practical.

Mariama July 09, 2024

I like the look and functionality of B – if I’m right in thinking it’s like the current one!

Brenda Gawman July 09, 2024

I have called them type 1 and type 2 in the order you give us. I choose type 1 thank you Brenda x

Kitty July 09, 2024

The first one which keeps the original shape.
I use a crochet hook to open the current ones
😉

Janice July 09, 2024

The flat one looks great and eady. Simple design

Lyzanne Barton White July 09, 2024

Just watched your video… I say keep the original style looking lid. The flat cap one looks too big and bulky.

Florrie July 09, 2024

I like B

Susanne Sheppard July 09, 2024

I think B is the best option.

Caroline Wallis July 09, 2024

First bottle as it looked like it still incorporates the spout for more measured pouring

Louise Wheatley July 09, 2024

Prototype 1 😄

Heather Taylor July 09, 2024

I think the 2nd one is nicer – the flat top

Elizabeth Brazil July 09, 2024

Design B

Vivien Humphrey July 09, 2024

I like the one – the original but without the pull tag

Heather Taylor July 09, 2024

I think the 2nd one is nicer – the flat top

Andy July 09, 2024

Prototype Design A offers more convenience and the larger size spout makes it easier to refill.

Andy

Rosie Smith July 09, 2024

I like the first one demonstrated as it keeps the current look but much easier to use.

Sheila Cox July 09, 2024

Love the look of A. Useful measure and won’t leak.

Liszl Hopkins July 09, 2024

I like the first prototype…

Susan Hughes July 09, 2024

Type B definitely – more aesthetically pleasing!

Janine healey July 09, 2024

I prefer the one which allows excess product to go back into the bottle

Marisa July 09, 2024

The slim lid would make it easier pouring into that tiny conditioner slot in the washing machine drawer.

Carolyn Best July 09, 2024

B please.

Kim July 09, 2024

I like the first one you demonstrated 🩵

Joanne Travis July 09, 2024

The first one A

Liz Kerr July 09, 2024

I’d prefer the first prototype shown (similar to the original). Great you’re changing this, the struggle is real! 👌

ANGELA MONTGOMERY July 09, 2024

I like the first one you showed – in your left (my right watching your video) Maybe should have named them A) or B) because I think you will get some incorrect feedback 😉 which will tonally defeat the purpose of your great efforts. So I like the one twist prototype where the guys only need to screw it on once – obviously more positive for speed of production also xx

Jemma Capuozzo July 09, 2024

The first one shown is the best of the two.

Gabi Webster July 09, 2024

I like B. That’s the first one in the video that looks like the old one.

Jackie Jarvis July 09, 2024

I like the first prototype, which keep the shape of the original, but seems a lot more user friendly :) x

John July 09, 2024

I think that cap (B) would be the better one to use.

Alice July 09, 2024

The first one

Matilde Schettini July 09, 2024

I would go for the first one, the one who looks like the old one.

Lesley Coltham July 09, 2024

I like B but understand A would help your production process

Claire Marshall July 09, 2024

I definitely prefer the look of the first prototype you demo’d. Can’t wait to try it out…

Rachel smith July 09, 2024

B

Penny Nelson July 09, 2024

A please. You should see me trying to get into the bottles 😂 I literally dread when I have to open new ones

Gaynor Pickavance July 09, 2024

The one on the right as I look at it.

Laine Phillips July 09, 2024

Hi 😀 so glad you’re addressing this problem, I am struggling too!

The 2nd option gets my vote, so easy and quick

Gill Whitaker July 09, 2024

Cap b I think will be best

Clare May July 09, 2024

Like the cap that keeps the look of the original design bottles

Bev July 09, 2024

I would prefer the first one🤞

Magda July 09, 2024

Amazing news!!! I think first one is nicer xx

Nicky Privett July 09, 2024

A vote for the one that still looks like your current cap because of the fact it captures the excess detergent leaving the bottle clean. Although I do like the aesthetic of the other one better but having a clean bottle is more important to me :)

Wendy Blamire July 09, 2024

Cap B looks best

Carl Twidale July 09, 2024

The first one definitely, I like it 👌

Roselyn Baldwin July 09, 2024

The first one keeps the classic design

Laura Freeman July 09, 2024

I definitely prefer the design of the first one you demonstrated. I like both the design and functionality of the deeper cap, and also find it more aesthetically pleasing.

Karen Worton July 09, 2024

Hi, great news that you are changing the design. I like the one that keeps the aesthetics of the current bottle.
Thank you!
Karen

Shanice Nicholls July 09, 2024

Hello!

Love your products, agree there’s an issue with the pull tab, prototype A would be amazing and in line with your current branding!

Pink Peppercorn July 09, 2024

Definitely prototype number 1 it overcomes both issues of the tab and the leakage.

Jennifer fenton July 09, 2024

The first one of the two that were demonstrated gets my vote

Alison Clarke July 09, 2024

Prototype 1 please

Peter Ward July 09, 2024

First one keeps the aesthetic of the original design. Second one looks like a usual lid style.

Second does look easier in operation so I’m picking that one.

Nadia Ross July 09, 2024

Both prototypes look good but I think it is better to retain the look of the original bottle, which is more unique and aesthetically pleasing :)
