Was this lady being too honest? 🫣🤪😂🫶
We showed our new packaging, thinking it was great, and a customer commented saying that she didn’t like it 😮
But really, that comment was exactly what we needed! Because honestly, we didn’t like it either 😅😂
We are trying to do something different in laundry, to reinvent an entire industry. Â
And the way that we designed that first packaging was actually to satisfy the way retail is currently done! But it just doesn’t nail what we are trying to do.
So, thank you!  🫶
We are sending you a free stain pen for giving us the push we needed,  and we’ve gone back to the drawing board 😂
Here’s a few shots of what we’re working on! I’ve labelled them A, B, and C so let us know which one you prefer, and we’ll make it happen!!

I actually like the current packaging but if you want a change I prefer B out of allthe options.

B looks amazing, and would draw me in even if I didn’t know the brand yet. The side tab of C is cool too though!

B looks best

B for Visual attraction but C as it’s more helpful and will draw attention so if you could do B with C’s info that would be perfect

I like B, so you can see the pen, but I think maybe in the more digital age we have now that C is a winner. The packaging looks neat and stylish, plus the QR code gives the customer access to more information on the product. I think they are all good, as they all look neat and contemporary, but I think C is the most customer focused as it provides clear info on the product and helps to reassure the customer that this will work on their stains. Not to be rude, but the price does make it seem like an investment to help control laundry on the go….so you want to know it works and works well!
