Wish I never bought them. Also FYI the scent name can be found on the barcode at the back of the pack in small font. Crap job guys!

To follow from my last comment, I found the scent name! It’s written along the barcode on the back of the packets!
It would have been nice for T&A to specify this (especially since on the website these packets had these scents written across the front of the packet just like the rest of their products) because there are so many of us who were worried we didn’t receive what we ordered!

I’m really confused. I ordered both Celestial and Bahama Vibes (both in shampoo & conditioner) but what came is the refill packets of the skull design that says ‘Day of the Dead’ on all four of them. On the back of the packets under ‘Scents’ it just reiterates that ‘these scents are back for 24 hours only’, etc, and doesn’t explain what these scents are. On the website, these packets have the actual names of the products printed on them like the normal ones, but these ones don’t. How am I supposed to know which is which?
More worryingly, how does T&A even know which scents they sent me because there is literally nothing on the packets that indicate what they are!

Frustrated, annoyed, and losing the will…..
Placed the order early for the 3 discontinued fragrances last thursday 30th, get an email today saying their system didnt refresh quickly enough, so they couldn’t fulfil my order of Celestial, it was sold out before my order was reached, so needed to swap it for something else, then to add insult to injury, I then get another email a few hours later, saying same thing for Bahama Vibes and could I swap it for something else.
Annoying as I didnt need any other fragrances, as I had only received a fairly large order at beginning of October and only placed the order this time, for the day of the Dead fragrances. 😡 if they sold out this quickly, surely it means they are a popular fragrance and should be brought back, even for a couple of months so people can stock up.

Also , sick of receiving leaking fabric sprays, getting ridiculous now and they’re not cheap .
