So I have been reading all of the comments from your blog, and I know that we all, myself included… have been a bit on edge due to your refill release.

T&A being a small business, and in the middle of moving, I would just like to take a minute to congratulate you, and to tell you that your doing an amazing job. 💕

From across the pond

The website advertises 800ml, but all the pouches are 700ml! I received an AI email response saying the pouches were already bought, but it’s not really on. Just tell people what they’re going to get!

I was looking forward to my order but found when i opened the box ALL were the pouches!!!! You showed the bottle for Bahama Vibes and i ordered it thinking i would have the bottles to put the pouches in. Have to say disappointed.

Picked up a large order today, and as super excited to see Bahama Vibes back and the triple bottle fragrance offer on two I missed before becoming a T&A customer, ordered £30 on those bottles as per photo and email, then refills too of Bahama (favourite) to top up the bottles once they’re empty.
Ummmm only squishy pouches were sent???
No bottles like on the photo.
So what do I put the refills into?

Low blow T&A scraped the barrel to get sales duping customers into thinking they’re getting a triple bottle offer.
I’ve already cancelled my subscription, you were ones a great company all for customer satisfaction, now you’re just greedy and should re brand Shallow & Ash to go with your sneaky false advertising
