Discovery Samples...but minis!! What do you think? 💜
Design and packaging are a big deal to us at T+A. Our Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner bottles weren't designed to look great, their rectangular shape means they fit neatly into cupboards and shelves without awkward gaps or wasted space. 🙏
But when we looked at our Discovery Samples, we realised something. Sachets just aren't giving the same clean, considered aesthetic. So we started exploring a new idea. Minis. 🥹
The idea is a beautiful Discovery Sample box with our bestselling scents, each one in a mini bottle instead of a sachet. These minis would hold three times the amount, giving you three washes instead of just one.
We've found that a single sachet doesn't always reflect how people actually do their laundry. Wash loads and machine sizes vary, and everyone has their own preference when it comes to how much detergent they use. 🤗 It's still early days, but before we go any further, we wanted to ask you first.

Great idea, there wasn’t enough of either the laundry detergent or conditioner for me personally.

I love the idea of having larger sample sizes and them being available for all scents, however, the possibility of more plastic waste isn’t great.
If the sample bottles were maybe returned for a contribution to a full sized product, as I imagine they’ll be more expensive than the sachets, then it might not be such an issue but otherwise I think having larger sachets would be the most sustainable option that is it still convenient and beneficial.

As cute as they are, I think it’s a waste of plastic and not environmentally sustainable…. I love the idea of having more product in as I have 15kg drum and 1 sachet isn’t enough… what would be good is cardboard box the ones like they use for UHT milk, then it’s recyclable. I also think you should create a bottle for life maybe in aluminium in different colours so we can just buy the full size refillable sachets of our choice…

Lovely idea. Looks great and as you say, more in keeping with the brand aesthetic. Would agree with what others say. Would be good to be able to select which three scents to include. Very forward planning but would make great stocking fillers!
