Help us re-name this product!
In November we launched ‘Candy Beach’. It was meant to be our Flagship product. Our signature brand-coloured bottle and scent. But it quickly became our worst seller! 😂
The fragrance inside Candy Beach is absolutely gorgeous, and the bottle is arguably our most aesthetic. The fragrance is a unique blend of Vanilla, Dragonfruit and Musk… but the product just hasn’t caught on!
Do we need a new name? And does anyone have any good ideas? Or is there something else that’s holding back people trying the product? Let us know what you think before we go back to the beginning on this one!
Would love to hear from you 💜

I’m new to Tallow and Ash but I’m intrigued by the Candy Beach story, the scent notes sound Exquisite….new name? So far I’m in love with Oud but looking forward to trying the other samples 🥰

Reading the comments, I agree it needs to be in the discovery set for new subscribers
For established subscribers maybe send a one wash / mini sample with their next order so that they have the opportunity to check it out
Looking forward to my first delivery

I’m adding my vote to “Signature”, and would add that CB has always been my favourite scent!

Candy Beach wasn’t included in the Discovery Pack I tried to help me choose what I liked and it seemed never to be prominent – I thought it was a summer season scent only.
I think Candy anything is against your brand and market segment. You are selling a natural, non chemical, product . Why would your customers want something with candy aka sweets and sugar?
Not knowing what it smells like, I assumed it would be like candy floss or something.
Tallow & Ash “Signature” is my suggestion- more stylish and up market – like your market

Another idea from rereading my comment and again other…
I think you need to to stay away from words like sweet or referencing sweet things.
Maybe just simply call it
‘Our Signature Scent’
‘Signature’
‘Signature Aroma’
Or play around with these descriptions delectable, heavenly or delightful
Thanks for allowing us as user to give feedback and idea. Heidi x
