Your bottles just got upgraded 🥳

I can’t believe it this is the third delivery of fabric spray that has leaked ! There is a serious problem with the seals on the bottles . They appear in tact but the liquid bubbles out . This time the paper inside was soaked and even the cardboard box was wet !

I have just recently bought my first set from tesco as I wanted to try before I bought the product as iam very fussy with wash liquids and scents but I bought the date night set which smells absolutely beautiful and has now got me to buy further scents and the refills but when I tried to uncap the lid my entire lid unscrewed with it and because I lost the lid at the same time and I tried to stop it my bottle tipped and I ended up with a pool of liquid on my side luckily I had a funnel on hand to push the liquid back into the bottle so I didnt lose any I didnt have a pull tab inside mine and it transported perfectly in the car and pull tabs can usually break before your able to get them out

The new lids are horrible, multiple bottles arrived leaking everywhere. The lids themselves feel flimsy and seem to be a smaller volume to measure out. I really hate them.

Have the new lids been designed to measure out less product? If that’s the case was this ever expressed to buyers? Since the phased introduction of the new lids I’m finding that I’m being left with either too much conditioner or shampoo depending on what lid is on what bottle. The old lids on a bottle mean I run out of way faster meaning I have too much of one product and not enough of the other to do washing the way I normally would (2 caps of each). I understand I can swap the lids over but when it’s been too late before I’ve realised that’s been the issue it’s been a bit frustrating as I now am left with mix and match scents and odd bottles. Anyone else have this problem?

new lids are perfect no leaks and easy to open, just finished Golden oud and I’ve retrofitted lids to Self Love

Hi. All I read it’s about nice smelling??? It’s this a perfume or laundry soap? I try find information about how actually it’s work on purpose? I happy with smell on what I use now , but I not happy with performance. Then. .. where is information? Did it works better then standard washing detergent?

The new bottle lids are great. No more struggling to open!!
Only thing is every delivery I’ve had there has been some leakage. Only small amounts but always a leak and mucky bottle tops!! Love them tho 💜

This is a shout out to Almae and Demme. Thank you both so much in helping me with my orders. I believe that sending proof of your orders that have not come or have leaked is good business sense. Thank you both again for your prompt replies, understanding, and just general care with regards to my orders. Golden oud is my favourite. Hopefully my new orders will arrive with no mishaps.

I can deal with small leaks. Love your products, will be using them for life.

I agree, my Oud and Santal conditioner bottles leaked in the box, but the shampoo bottles were fine. Not too terrible of a leak but odd that only the conditioner bottles leaked. Maybe because they were on the bottom and the added pressure? I live at elevation in the US so many liquids tend to expand when they’re shipped to a place that is high in elevation. My previous delivery of Aurora bottles didn’t leak. Hoping that it’s maybe an isolated incident. I ordered another set of Oud and Santal and hoping that they don’t leak. Perhaps maybe something to wrap around the lid itself (I hate adding more plastic to the environment but it may need to be investigated).

I’ve actually broken my acrylics opening these bad boys, quite sad lol!

I’m not buying these anymore if you’re going to do this, especially after the last bottles, I was sent with no ring pull, it leaked all in the screw neck & you said it was normal due to the new process, even the screw neck snapped off! If you’re going to change the bottles then do it in a different way, something else that works , I don’t want to receive bottles that have leaked into the screw neck or a bottle that the whole top snaps off! Going to open a bottle to pour the right amount into the soap drawer and the whole thing comes off in your hand is not funny especially when half the bottle goes over you & the floor

If these are like the Tesco delivery I got…. I hated those!
leaked on route to me, and felt a little lose compared to the original white style.
I never had much of an issue with the old style, because I did just use a chopstick lol. But… is there any reason you are avoiding styles already in existence by the likes of big brands?

Here’s my wish… a spout, or rounded edge, or slight raised neck (above the square edges) or something where I can get the last remaining product out (tempted to just use the refills as a ‘standard’ option).
Or, can we have a pump lid? can you sell a pump lid for the folks ho want to refill bottles.
I just can’t fathom why we’re not using an inside ‘neck’ with an outside screw on…. am I missing some reason why T&A’s lids aren’t a tried and tested model?

I love and use your fabric sprays in four diff fragrances -but have already bought each twice and had to put the bottles into recycling-are you any nearer in have refills for these as well? Seems a shame to bin perfectly good spray bottles? And I’ve only ever had 1 leak in all my orders and I’ve got. A lot including the recent odyssey sell out!

So happy about that. My last two orders (I have them on repeat)…2 of the bottles tops weren’t in properly and spilled all over the kitchen the other one I couldn’t get open when I struggled with it guess what…it ended up all over the kitchen. Kitchen smelt amazing though 🤣.
Seriously though it’s a bit expensive to lose so much product.

Brilliant news about the lids. I love the products but the lids were a challenge. Didn’t put me off though. Will you be sending samples out of new fragrances in our purchase’s? Or even sniff cards could be an xxx

I agree with these comments, on the new lids not working great, unfortunately. I was very excited for them, as the ring pulls are awful, and I don’t even have long nails! My most recent order I had 4 bottles and 3 out of 4 were the old ring pulls and the only one in there with the new lid was the one that had leaked everywhere. I didn’t bother emailing because I’ve had to email about leaking and issues with all my other orders. So I saved myself the effort and gave them the benefit of the doubt. But now I see people having the exact same problem with the news lids as I did I thought I’d let you know. It’s a shame. The perfume spray bottles too (it was my first time ordering these) also leak all over your fingers with just one spray and the smell of the perfume sprays are extremely strong so it takes a while to even get the smell off your hands after washing repeatedly. For something that lasts so long it’s irritating that the spray triggers are seemingly very cheaply made and non durable. Such a shame for such nice products a lot of the product of both the laundry liquids and perfume sprays are being wasted due to the containers. I’m very gutted to be honest as there’s always been a problem with every order I’ve purchased and received. It does make me order less than I would because I end up having to clean the entire box contents due to leaks and also end up with very concentrated product all over myself and my kitchen before I can use anything or even be excited about the new smells etc. Not to mention the money wasted as we don’t get as many washes out of the liquids when it’s leaked all over the box and everything in it. Which also makes our products uneven, where you would have ran out of them at the same time, you end up running out of one before the other. It takes the fun out of it which I know was a big part of your brand idea of making us want to do and enjoy doing laundry. It’s not enjoyable having to clean every single one of your brand new, unopened laundry products you’ve just received, yourself, and your kitchen – just to be able to use and enjoy the new products.

Yay, looking forward to the new lids, have struggled with the previous ones and broken countless nails even using a spoon as my strength isn’t what it once was! Have been overcoming the issue with refills but new launches are difficult. Keep up the great work 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥳

I found the tabs ok and I love the products, oud was my favourite, now I love icing on the cake as well as all the others 🥰

I think if you used a pull and peal seal, similar to the ones you get on milk or some jucie cartons, that way you get a seal that is easy to peel and not as hard as the old style ring pull seals. I had some laking with the unsealed new style bottles too.

I don’t just use a spoon to get hold of the tab, I use a wooden spoon tgst way I can use gentle pressure and leverage to open it slowly and carefully by leaning the spoon on the back of the bottle. Works a treat, no splashing, gently peals it open, minimal hand effort (I have weak painful hands), and no damaged nails.

That’s great news, although the pull tabs didn’t worry me that much, I just ordered the new Oud and Santal, which smell amazing, I had no leaks.

Can the bottles come sealed with the spout in the box? I live in America and I received one bottle with the opened spout and it had leaked. 🥺

Hello. In the past I have had to ask my Son to get the cap.off for me. Thanks to the upgrade I should now be able to do it myself. I do really struggle with the pull top as I’ve rheumatism in my hands and to be honest it’s stopped me buying in the past … so very pleased.

I totally agree, I had to use a spoon handle to pull mine or the head of a fork.

would you consider making a pump dispenser or pump dispenser attachment.

My order arrived this week, I had some with pull tabs and some without. I had to get a neighbour to open the pull tabs as I have arthritis and no way could I open it. Thanks for listening and I look forward to my next order.

I found the bottles a nightmare to open as I have arthritis in my hands my partner finally found a dinner knife was the answer as they are not sharp and putting the handle through the ring worked wonders, im so pleased to hear you have solved that problem, I still have the problem with the leaking around the edge when I add it to the lid that’s a measure but its worse if I try to put it straight in the machine tray out the bottle it just leakes straight onto the floor, life is full of little annoying problems and to be honest im probably one of them but they seem worse now im getting older, at least your doing something about it though so thank you for that :0) 🌹 x

Brilliant news! I struggle with bottle caps, tin lids etc etc but ALWAYS managed to gain entry to my beloved Icing on the Cake and Pistachio!! 😂 I’m certain a whole lot of research and trials went into the new caps!! 😊

Actually I found opening as you did with the spoon saves nails and opens better, like as in scooping the loop into your finger with your nail pointing up rather than down 🙂

I hope they are better than the ones I’ve had that have leaked every time they have been delivered. Pull tabs were better no leaks and a quick spoon handle pops the pull tab.

I’m pleased . I use a spoon end but sometimes spill it down myself as well . Don’t ask 😊 look forward to the new ones .
