After lots of testing, we're finally in production with our new lids, and they'll be on bottles before the New Year! We spent a little more time on them to make sure they were retrofit, so if you've got older bottles you can still use them!
First and most importantly... no more pull tabs! We originally added a pull tab to make sure the products didn't leak in transit, but you guys have let us know how hard it is for you to open, especially if you have long nails! Plus.. when we're in stores you'll be able to smell the scents from the bottle!Â
We've made it more airtight, so without the pull tab, you don't have to worry about any leaks when it's on its way to you.Â
These new lids are also way faster for us to produce as they are just one twist vs. pushing in the cap and then twisting, which means we'll be able to get your orders out quicker!Â
We'd love for a couple of you to test the new lids before they're officially out!

Great idea. Found the pull tabs very hard to get out as I have arthritis in my hands. Plus one of the bottles still leaked all over the box when delivered.

Great idea! Would love to see how well they travel!! I’m fairly new to Tallow and Ash and struggled to open my first purchases. 🥰🤩

I think the new spout & lid are a much better design and more in keeping with the whole aesthetic of the bottles. Like many others on here, I’ve struggled to remove the tabs. Well done everyone involved in the new design. Whilst it would be nice to be picked to trial the new design, I’m just looking forward to the new bottles being sat on the shelf in the laundry room and getting a lovely hit of one of the gorgeous scents whenever I go in there.
