After lots of testing, we're finally in production with our new lids, and they'll be on bottles before the New Year! We spent a little more time on them to make sure they were retrofit, so if you've got older bottles you can still use them!
First and most importantly... no more pull tabs! We originally added a pull tab to make sure the products didn't leak in transit, but you guys have let us know how hard it is for you to open, especially if you have long nails! Plus.. when we're in stores you'll be able to smell the scents from the bottle!
We've made it more airtight, so without the pull tab, you don't have to worry about any leaks when it's on its way to you.
These new lids are also way faster for us to produce as they are just one twist vs. pushing in the cap and then twisting, which means we'll be able to get your orders out quicker!
We'd love for a couple of you to test the new lids before they're officially out!

So glad you changed that Bottle Top, I have chronic Arthritis and if i wanted to catch up with my washing, I had to sit and wait on family or friends visiting as no way on earth could i open the bottle myself, on changing the Bottle Top “THIS NOW GIVES ME A BIT MORE CONTROL OF MY EVERYDAY LIFE” that may just come natural to others HOWEVER to me this is a Giant step and allows me to get on with my washing without relying on others.

The new lids look much more user friendly – I love that the little pull tab is no longer going to end up as land fill too. It is so refreshing that us customers are heard and valued !!! Thanks T&A

Oh I’d love to try the new lids! I have quite long nails and I have definitely slopped some shampoo round me when opening lol. But these new ones look great!
