We've got some crazy news!! Tallow + Ash has just been granted a government patent for something we've been working on for over 18 months! And on Tuesday we get to share it with you all for the very first time!
Our mission is to revolutionise laundry products and turn the biggest household chore into something you actually look forward to doing. And on Friday 12th December at 6pm, we’re releasing a product that embodies that mission in a completely new way. It's not a Laundry Shampoo or Conditioner, it's something entirely different!

I’m really pleased you’ve made this product and can’t wait to try it, but it’s not the “world’s first”. Tide pens have been around for two decades! So you might want to remove that phrase from your marketing.

I have a hunch it’s a laundry bar? Y’all chuck it in, time and time again and it gets all soapy and does what standard products do BUT it’s long lasting so it last for washes and washes over!

There are not many products in the world that havent already been invented 🤣but cant remember seeing a stain removal pen anywhere 🤣 i might be wrong and tbh i hope i am and its something super exciting but all the guesses of elixir and tumble dryer sheets which we all are awaiting with eagerness are not new they already exist with other brands along with carpet shampoo etc i dont think these could be trademarked, but hey what do i know im just an obsessed women with with over 50bottles of laundry shampoo and 14 fabric sprays and a hubby who has the hump

Scent boosters in a bag (like a tea bag) that will dissolve in the wash and so be pre filled, so we don’t use too much , like I probably do every time 🫣

Is it essentially T&A scent beads in a tea bag like enclosure enabling you to mix and match all the scents when you use your dryer, so you can come up with your own favourite unique scent?

What would really revolutionise the job is somebody else to sort it for me, but I’m guessing you haven’t patented a scented robot, so, failing that, I’m thinking it might be something that prolongs the scent like touch trigger fabric conditioner. Or maybe it’s not for clothes – upholstery cleaner or car interior shampoo?

Please please please let it be a scent booster, the washing liquids are just not the same since the colour changed (the mighty IOTC and Cocoa Kisses used to be dark brown liquid, now only clear liquid tinged brown) and the fragrance doesn’t survive the wash, despite using 4/5 times the recommended amount :-/ pleeeease give us the good stuff again, we love it!

I’m guessing it will be the elixirs that you mentioned previously as that would be something completely new to the laundry industry, however I would love it to be something to go in the tumble drier as the scent is so often lost during that process. But who knows maybe the elixirs will be the answer to that problem anyway. fingers crossed.

I do have to agree that customer service isn’t always great. I did email a couple of times about changing my subscription and got no reply, so I’d like to see the customer service improved.

I agree with Caroline’s comment below! I haven’t purchased your products since the poor customer service i received when my order was incorrect. Chat GPT generated responses and going round in circles didn’t leave a great impression! Shame, as I did like your products but your customer service is shocking and has really put me off this brand.
