Hi I like the products but I did not think there was much of a smell I was expecting this lovely fresh smell but I ended up have to there caps in before I could actually smell anything and I also found it a bit thin

I loved all the scents and tried them ALL!!
I found that the delivery isn’t great recently and I’ve had to email a few times to chase a lost order or to chase a package that hasn’t been sent due to not having the right products to make the scent.. which I understand must be hard.. but would appreciate an email just saying your order will be posted later due to unavailability..

Had a pretty disappointing delivery – ordered on 23 June, dispatched only today (3 July). Really isn’t acceptable service when you pay for a premium product at a premium price (with a specific 48 hour delivery slot)…
