How can this product be one of the best smelling, but theĀ least selling?!Ā š¤
In our initial development phase it was voted one of the best smelling, and people who are using CelestialĀ raveĀ aboutĀ how amazing it is!
It's a beautiful Jasmine, Amber and Neroli based fragrance.Ā
So, what is it that makes you pick others over Celestial?Ā
We are on a mission to make every wash day something to look forward to. The laundry is our biggest chore, so to do this we NEED to make you the best laundry products imaginable. Since we launched in June, our team have been working around the clock to make it happen. But if thereās something about Celestial that isnāt hitting the mark for you guys, we want to improve it. š„³

Celestial is my favourite scent, but my husband moans when I wash his clothes that it smells too much like perfume so I have to wash his stuff separately which is a bit of a pain!

I donāt find it strong enough. I donāt think it smells anything like Alien perfume at all. Iām not really keen on the smell on paper it sounds great but in reality I canāt pick out any single scent. Sorry not a fan.

I adore the colour choice for this fragrance, and the bottle design is classy, no problem thereā¦..I love jasmine and amber, but not neroli, it just doesnāt āclickā for meā¦.I use all your other scents in the range, all gorgeous, but this one I find a bit unappealing, maybe because I find it too similar to a mainstream scent that I do not like???

Smells amazing. And happy with wash. Would be great to do refills rather than endless plastic bottles though (which werenāt very full).

In your recent campaign regarding Celestial being best smelling but worst selling; I think it has to do with the notes being perceived as not strong or intense enough to last as long as say oud. Neroli, Ylang Ylang & Jasmin (florals) by their very nature do not give me the confidence that the smell will last hence I tend to choose other scents. I appreciate that there are other notes in Celestial, but it comes across as floral dominant both the top notes & mid notes in particular and therefore the scent is perceived as being light and airy and not intense enough to last as compared to the rest of your line up.
