Hi, I ordered the sample pack & a larger bottle on the 21st May & it said 48hr delivery but I’m still waiting for it, I’m assuming you have a back log of orders hence having to get the new machine but I haven’t even had an email to explain where my order is or what is happening. Getting customers is hard but keeping them is much harder, I was impressed with the video I watched on instagram so I put in an order but with no response from the company as to where my order is so I’m in two minds wether to stick with you or not, I believe your customer service needs some attention.

There is no sign of my order. You emailed saying on 25th March delays but despatchef 3-4 days and still no sign. Not impressed
