Was this lady being too honest? 🫣🤪😂🫶
We showed our new packaging, thinking it was great, and a customer commented saying that she didn’t like it 😮
But really, that comment was exactly what we needed! Because honestly, we didn’t like it either 😅😂
We are trying to do something different in laundry, to reinvent an entire industry.
And the way that we designed that first packaging was actually to satisfy the way retail is currently done! But it just doesn’t nail what we are trying to do.
So, thank you! 🫶
We are sending you a free stain pen for giving us the push we needed, and we’ve gone back to the drawing board 😂

C – love the QR code being outside the packaging. Means someone can decide if it’s for them and if they have the manual dexterity to use it, much more inclusive

The archived concept looks cheap and tacky. Prototype C looks like a coldsore remedy (think Blistex). B – again looks a little bit like a medical remedy – a nail product like ‘stop ’n’grow’. A – looks ‘meh’. TBH – for me the ‘classiest’ packaging I’ve seen is the current packaging. I like the less is more – it is unobtrusive, clean and fresh – as the clothes will be once the stain pen has removed the stains!

I like B but I’m also thinking of not broken don’t fix it stay with the current one. One person mentioned the packaging out of how many customers? I loved mine arriving. I’ve used it and was expecting it to be a bit more like a felt tip but it works! The packaging gets thrown in the recycling so why not pick something kinder to the environment that looks as pretty as all your products do.

B works well as long as the outer sleeve is quality….although i fear it might get removed by baddies!!!
