I honestly think both is tje answer. I use a scoop in every wash, but l’m also a chef so you can imagine my clothes get very dirty 2 scoops is amazing. But the spray for stubborn stains would work too.

Both! But it i like to make a powder paste to do direct spot soaking! So I value the powder….
