So, what’s new?
1. No more pull tabs!!Â
We originally added a pull tab to make sure the products didn't leak in transit, but you guys have let us know how hard it is for you to open. Especially if you've got long nails!
2. More airtightÂ
The new lid has a seamless fit so don't have to worry about any leaks.
3. Faster shipping for you
These new lids are also way quicker for us to produce your bottles. They’re just one screw, instead of pushing in the cap and then screwing on the lid. Which means more streamlined production + faster packing your orders!Â
Thank you for being so patient whilst we upgraded them for you!Â
We’ve definitely hit a few curbs on the way to developing these new lids but we really wanted to take the time to get these right for you!Â
Going forward, all new bottles in production will have the upgraded caps - but you might still see the old ones around as we phase them out over the next few months.

Glad you have new lids as I was struggling to remove Pull Tab ones

Can the bottles come sealed with the spout in the box? I live in America and I received one bottle with the opened spout and it had leaked. 🥺

Hello. In the past I have had to ask my Son to get the cap.off for me. Thanks to the upgrade I should now be able to do it myself. It’s strange you have done this now as I said to my son I would message you as it spoils the Incredible experience of using your wash and conditioner. So thank you for listening. Jx

I do really struggle with the pull top as I’ve rheumatism in my hands and to be honest it’s stopped me buying in the past … so very pleased.

I totally agree, I had to use a spoon handle to pull mine or the head of a fork.
