After lots of testing, we're finally in production with our new lids, and they'll be on bottles before the New Year! We spent a little more time on them to make sure they were retrofit, so if you've got older bottles you can still use them!
First and most importantly... no more pull tabs! We originally added a pull tab to make sure the products didn't leak in transit, but you guys have let us know how hard it is for you to open, especially if you have long nails! Plus.. when we're in stores you'll be able to smell the scents from the bottle!Â
We've made it more airtight, so without the pull tab, you don't have to worry about any leaks when it's on its way to you.Â
These new lids are also way faster for us to produce as they are just one twist vs. pushing in the cap and then twisting, which means we'll be able to get your orders out quicker!Â
We'd love for a couple of you to test the new lids before they're officially out!

Thank you! As a fairly new customer I intended to feed back my own difficulty with the pull rings but hadn’t quite got round to it. I split the conditioner as the lid came off with the pull ring when I finally got the first one off. I have arthritic fingers so feared I’d have to draft in help if I wanted to keep on purchasing your lovely products. X

I have just bought my first bottles of detergent and I could not open them, couldn’t grip the tabs mainly because I have long nails but also because they were just so hard to get hold of I had to get my husband to pull the tabs, must admit this put me off and was not going to order anymore! Hearing this news about new lids is a game changer and I will be ordering more! 😉
