After lots of testing, we're finally in production with our new lids, and they'll be on bottles before the New Year! We spent a little more time on them to make sure they were retrofit, so if you've got older bottles you can still use them!
First and most importantly... no more pull tabs! We originally added a pull tab to make sure the products didn't leak in transit, but you guys have let us know how hard it is for you to open, especially if you have long nails! Plus.. when we're in stores you'll be able to smell the scents from the bottle!Â
We've made it more airtight, so without the pull tab, you don't have to worry about any leaks when it's on its way to you.Â
These new lids are also way faster for us to produce as they are just one twist vs. pushing in the cap and then twisting, which means we'll be able to get your orders out quicker!Â
We'd love for a couple of you to test the new lids before they're officially out!

So glad you’re changing the lids of the bottles because they were very awkward to open and sometimes the entire spout would come off too. Larger size bottles would also be very helpful with the amount of washings I do.

Omg, literally today was just thinking of the lids, I was doing laundry and it leaked a bit when I put it in the machine, but I wasn’t mad because it smells so nice, that you kinda forget that’s a flaw😂. Anyway, I’m excited to get the new lids in my next order, I’m obsessed with Tallow & Ash, I don’t use anything else since I’ve discovered it.

I’ve got to say, a little bit of me did a happy dance when I saw the lid changes are coming, these bottles are my faves but at the risk of accidentally elbowing the husband when pulling the ring they were also a little frustrating. The new lid design looks amazing, so sleek! Well done team!
