Now you guys have had a chance to use our products and they’ve become a part of your every day life, we think the next step is to upgrade our subscription service to make it fit in with your lifestyle! As always we love to have your guys input for every step of the journey, so would be great to get your feedback on the early stages of building this out.
We’ve created an example of how our web design might look for the subscription, trying to make it simple with 3 easy steps! Do you think there’s anything that could be added to make this process easier for you or elevate the experience?
We’ve also had some initial thoughts on what benefits we could offer to our subscribers, are there any of these which you guys love the sound of!?

I love the idea of the larger refills would also love the idea of a combined shampoo and conditioner too would also waste less packaging if possible. Always good to get a freebie or a discount 😊
I love the product – Oud is my favourite, it smells Devine. However, I have mine delivered every two weeks and due to “supply issues” my product wasn’t posted out for 8 days after payment, with no contact to explain the issue. One thing that drives me mad is poor customer service – I think if you fix that, send refills rather than bottles and offer incentives as well as continuing to produce a good product, you’re on to a winner.

It would be handy instead of every four weeks you could maybe choose a date monthly that payment comes out.
I love this product but I do find the fragrance I like sells out even on subscription I feel subscribed should have priority. Applying for discount code never seems to be the right time also changing your subscription is a nightmare if doing it on your phone I found the only way to change was to do it on 2 devices crazy. Yes to bonuses when your a subscriber. Free samples and birthday gifts
Subscription services are great but would this be sustainable? Would new bottles be sent every month or a bottle sent once and then refills every month? If you get a new bottle every month is it fully recyclable and what about the packaging? I only agree to a subscription service if there are real benefits to the environment and I don’t mind paying more for the privilege either.
Hi, i’m really excited about this, especially if you are looking to larger sizes of the refills as we go through a lot of laundry detergent.
Love the idea of subscription service.. as long as it’s made easy to modify our payment/delivery date. Perks that would make me subscribe would be discount for subscribers, free samples and birthday treat
Subscription service is a great idea but I’d like the option to buy just the laundry shampoo and not the conditioner as well. Without this I’m not sure I’d buy again. Also why offer bottles in subscriptions? Why not just cardboard?

This looks a better layout when placing a subscription order with you. The only suggestion i have to add is on the schedule or frequency maybe add a ‘Custom’ option also.
The benefits you are thinking of adding to those who subscribe are all fantastic.
On another subject, i don’t know how companies go about this but have you considered getting your name on the cashback sites out there, Topcashback, Quidco to name a few. In these trying times anyway to get more money is a plus nowadays and think this could be a great incentive for buyers to be able to earn extra money.?
Why are the bottle containers only 2/3rds full?
I bought the bottles of Oud with the sample packs and although they washed great the smell was non existent. I dried the clothes on my airer indoors, the washing line and in the tumble dryer and all loads didn’t smell at all, despite using 2 caps of conditioner.
I really wanted to love this product but sadly I won’t be buying again im afraid as I like my clothes to smell nice.
Tallow + Ash have done it again! I love the look of the new laundry subscription service web layout. Easy to navigate. Beautiful to look at and definitely another round of applause to all at Tallow + Ash. It just keeps getting better and better!
Hello again…. I prefer mock up version 2, it reminds me of sizes – I already know the scents plus gives opportunity to schedule deliveries.

I love the ease of the site, I love your products and refills. I like the idea of free sachets to try alternative scents. I like a freebie birthday gift, I like intro of new scents sent for us to test. I like the subscription tiers, I was worried because I live alone so don’t use as much as a house of 4. Layout for subscription looks great. Perhaps the benefit of reduced shipped too :)
Free delivery is an expectation around subscriptions
I love the website design for the subscriptions because it makes choosing which scent to have easy and it is really easy to navigate the part where you choose how long you want between deliveries.
I like the ease of the subscription. Overall great. Here’s a few things I wasn’t sure about:
when you choose your schedule – it asks how often you wash but then the options are about delivery frequency. The list doesn’t seem to match the question why do the possible freebies need to be female based i.e hair scrunchies are mostly for women and you shouldn’t assume your customers are all women or have a female in your household. Can the freebies be gender neutral please so useful to all of usThanks
Simple and quick as possible. Option to either delay or skip a turn. Love the idea of random selection too

I loved the sample option i tried but they seemed watery. Some scents were really strong after washing but it was one I didn’t like bit the others I did like were not as strong :(
Would love a routating subscription but that lets you remove scents you dislike

I love the idea of a subscription service, especially for refillable bottles. I think cheaper refillable bottles would be great, to encourage less plastic use, and them a voucher code when you return the empty pouches as a reward for recycling.
I also think a long-lasting personalised bottle would be amazing if possible! That may help make them even more appealing and display pieces!

When you “Create your schedule” it would be good to be able to pick different scents on different rotations, like Oud every 2 weeks, Bahama Vibes the following delivery 2 weeks later, and cycle back to Oud the following delivery…or add another scent, for however many you want to rotate through.
Maybe even…you could just pick scent rotation, delivery every two weeks and then you just tick the boxes on the ones you want your deliveries to rotate through.
Love the subscription benefits and I would definitely be interested in signing up

1. Choose your scent
2. Select which packaging
3. Decide how often

Hi, love your product and now the pouches are available, it’s even better. Some kind of reward points would be great. Although I have my 2 favorites, it would be nice to sample date night, which seems very popular. A product for the dryer perhaps (sheets, oil for drying balls)? I do use the dryer in winter for towels…etc.
I Haven’t Been Fast Enough To Buy Samples, Which Is Good So You Know What Smells And How Good It Is. It Looks Like My Sort Of Thing Though.
Your mock up page for subscriptions looks perfect to me. I like the idea of a birthday freebie. Once again, I’m amazed at how generous you intend to be with gifts especially given the post and packing involved.

These look brilliant. Will there be an option to delay or increase the frequency of your subscription? Sometimes I’d move my subscriptions on for companies like Amazon, if we haven’t used as much hair conditioner that month for example. It would be good if the frequency could be moveable. Thanks!
The bottles (I over use) never last me as long so would love to have the option of a two weekly subscription.

Maybe free delivery instead of discounted prices? Discount on products as you suggest but there could be different levels, maybe 5/10/15% depending if people

Hey! Great idea! Would be great to have an option to just have shampoo, or just conditioner as well as have them as a set. This would encourage me to join up!
Benefit wise, certain amount of bottles gives you a free month? Say 6 months and then the next is free? (Or something similar!)
I don’t use fabric softener in my wash and wouldn’t subscribe if it was mandatory to include conditioner.
