Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

I would love to see an non toxic, safe for skin Anti Bacterial Laundry Cleanser to give confidence that you’re killing 99.9% of germs when washing at low temperatures (as we’re all encouraged to do these days). I also wonder if it’s something that can be incorporated into the fabric softener rather than a separate item all together?
I’d also love to see a stain removing spray to spray on tougher stains before adding it to the wash.
All in all love Tallow and Ash, I think these things would make a lot of peoples experiences even better.

I am loving using your products and trying all the different scents. I am pleased you are changing the lid opening because I have struggled with that. A while back you mentioned scent boosters but I haven’t seen anything since. I’d definitely be interested in that. Also how about developing a washing machine cleaner using your scents? I love somebody else’s suggestion for gift boxes too…..great idea!

Maybe extra strong scented bottles for larger families rather than using more?

When I put on a 9kg wash load no matter how much I use theres not much ‘fragrance/smell’ on my clothes but if it put half a load in I can smell it better?
It’s not cost effective to do smaller loads.
I would love something like this OR
Some sort of scent boosters for in the drum? Maybe some dryer balls with scents in them?
Or
Wool dryer balls with concentrated oils to put on the ball and use in dryer? Can mix and match?

A better box for the stain remover? It’s quite chunky to hold and with the bigger part being the lid, I’m at risk of spilling the whole thing if I’m a bit distracted every time I open it :)

(Also loved the suggestion of free post work subscriptions if feasible – it could encourage more people to do it as it’s often almost expected with subscriptions?)

P&P has put me off purchasing, would also like a click and collect option because I’m always at work!
