Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

I’ve been new this year but have collected many scents . I have a 14kg washer so use more I can’t wait for booster perfumes as love to do different ones each wash to test n smell them x

how about throwing in samples of new scents (or ones you’ve ended up with too many of, or maybe a sample of the one you are ordering even ) with orders for full size bottle sets?
I suspect it would work really well to your benefit too – as well as making us feel extra special when we get our package, I know I would be more inclined to give them away to other people to introduce them to your lovely stuff if I wasn’t buying them all myself all the time.

I would love it if you made the fragrances available as diffuser oils. Fresh sheet day would be even better if I could get my hands on a Duvet Day scented oil for my electric diffuser.

Offer an alternative shipping method to Evri, because Evri are absolutely atrocious, leaving packages outside in unsafe places and not ringing doorbells, leaving them at the wrong property, and that’s if they don’t lose them, which they do with appalling frequency.
