Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Loving Santal – i hope there will be a fabric spray soon. I would also love a smaller fabric spray for car and travel. Is it possible to have sample packs that contain all the fragrances? I have not tried a lot of the originals as only the newer fragrances are included the sample packs. Thank you.

Honesty I don’t like the idea of fabric sprays I think the shampoo & conditioner are enough it would just make everything over powering. I feel let down by customer service I sent 2 emails & no response I’ve always said good things about them before just disappointed this time. I do think if you have a subscription the postage should be free. I think for me a lot of the scents are just over powering I like subtle scents that don’t make my eyes water. As you have stopped doing Celestrial (very upset about this & so many others are too) I’m using odessey which is really nice please don’t stop making that one! & if you bring out new scents how about some samples for subscribers to try out before committing to the full bottle? & an app would be great
