What can we do more for you?
Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A πŸ₯°

Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.

We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.

What could we do more?

It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.

Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

I dont want to pay Β£5 for 48 hrs tracked delivery, i think it should be lowered to Β£2 for a week long delivery.
I would like the option to buy the shampoo n conditioner separately.
I think the smell should be stronger bc I put them outside to dry n the smell has gone.

As I had a bad experience with my last delivery whereby Evri left my parcel on a wall late at night nowhere near my property I would like the option to select DPD.
Also the boxes and packaging need to be more robust for large orders as my box was broken and open with damaged and missing contents.

-stronger scent (e.g. Oud and Aurora don’t smell of anything when they come out of the wash!?)

-bring back Celestial and Candy Beach (the turnover of products seems so fast and inconsistent?)

-samples of everything in the range (not all are represented?)

fabric sprays are a little leaky when spraying please fix!..

and lastly please can the packaging be environmentally friendly like single sheets you throw in the drum? I don’t like all the plastic 😞. Many thanks!

I am totally in love with your products. So much so that I’ve spent almost $600 in the last 5 weeks! ❀️
I am a customer based in the US and I realize it’s a bit crazy to be purchasing laundry soap from overseas. But I can’t help myself… Tallow + Ash is seriously my favorite! I am a clothing reseller and love sharing your brand with my customers.
Despite my love for your brand, your customer service & order/shipping issues really could use some improvement. I am pretty easy going but the amount of issues I have had with orders going missing is over the top. (I LITERALLY have only received 1.5 of my 5 orders!!) When I reach out for help, everyone is friendly but no one truly appreciates the frustration. It takes at least 24 hours for a reply and often it feels like AI is replying to my messages. I get replies that clearly didn’t read the previous response. Ultimately after much back and forth, a refund is offered but no one is trying to make the situation right. β€œThanks for your patience” only goes so far. Also, DHL overseas is a nightmare. It takes over 3 weeks for orders to arrive (if it EVEN arrives), and when it’s lost, they offer the same level of service that T+A does….relying on AI to help.
I want to be a raving fan, sharing my love for T+A. But based on the customer service I have received, I’m pretty sure this love affair will be short lived. :(

1. Being able to order shampoo and conditioner individually, and not having to order both every time we order would be perfect. As I use more shampoo than conditioner, I always have several unopened bottles of conditioner piling up in the cupboard, which means the fragrance doesn’t always always match up with the next bottle of shampoo to be opened – disastrous! πŸ˜‰. I would place more orders if I didn’t have to buy conditioner every time.

2. A new fragrance like Bergamot or orange blossom would be amazing.
