What can we do more for you?
Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A πŸ₯°

Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.

We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.

What could we do more?

It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.

Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Please be more transparent re: buying options. For example, very frustrating during the recent buy Santal or Golden Oud. At the time, I only could buy one. I bought Santal but found it very underwhelming. However, I found out there was also an option to buy both at a discount. But when you initially searched, only the sale of them individually came up. It was not until I had bought one over the other that it popped up that both were on offer. Or when you bought one, it gives you a certain timescale to decide to buy the other at I think 50% off… I hate these type of offers. It makes a company look cheap and untrustworthy.
It really makes me feel that although I really appreciate your products work, I think are as green as they need to be etc… I just wish to look elsewhere. Although I appreciate good products, I still am a hard working professional, with not a lot of spare cash to throw around. I need to make thoughtful and informed choices and I feel your marketing doesn’t allow or promote this.
I’d love for you to consider this. Thanks.

An App would be great, also if you could launch your products in more supermarket chains. A better Rewards Club would be amazing and more discount/promotion days/weekends.

Tumble dryer sheets, I love the smell of your products and use them for all my washing but then when I put my stuff in the tumble dryer, it comes out smelling of my tumble dryer sheets so it would be really great if you could make some tumble dryer sheets to match the sense of your washing liquids.
