The last two weeks have been an absolute roller coaster… 😅
We had the most incredible product launch ever, the Fabric Cleansing Perfume! 🥳 It’s been years in the making, so we’re so happy it’s finally ready for you. The launch was amazing, and we put on extra shifts to pick and pack everyone’s orders as fast as we could to make sure you had the best experience possible. 💜
We shipped everyone’s orders from the launch rapidly! But then… just a few days later, we started getting these messages 🥲
We hate that this was a first experience for some of you guys! Every bottle of Fabric Cleansing Perfume is hand-filled, and the triggers are fitted by hand too. So sometimes, they just weren’t fitted tight enough!Â
But we’ve now added another seal that makes it extra secure for you! An amazing UK company was able to supply these and the machine within a day, so we drove over 400 miles to collect them and ensure each one arrives perfect every time!
Thank you to everyone who ordered and supported the  launch! Your the very first people to ever have this product so your early feedback has been incredible. 🥰

I ordered 2 on the launch night. Unfortunately I still don’t have them or the Oud shampoo and conditioner. Mine got as far as the courier and obviously leaked. My other order for Odyssey Shampoo and conditioner also got damaged and I’ve still not had that replacement. Trying to resolve this through Instagram messages is not helping. To top it off my Enigma that should have been added to the replacements sold out 😢
I am your biggest fan. I’m always telling people how good your products are but this has made me feel like giving up trying to resolve the problems.

I absolutely love them but I find they leak around the nose when you spray it. It’s not a clean spray if you know what I mean.

So glad this problem has been addressed! I didn’t want to say anything, but my bottles leaked too 🙈 I just assumed it was a one off mishap! What a lovely brand xx
