My friend Rachel she has had an awful few years lost her mum then early this year lost her mother in law and brother only 42 to cancer its been a very cruel time. On top of this she is a single mum now to an autistic/adhd daughter . She looks after her elderly dad and is a full time student in nursing and works on top of this and holds me together daily through my mental health and illnesses. She deserves a break she really does.
