You already get 15% off when you subscribe to your favourite laundry bottles or refills! But now we’ll be able to add things like free samples, limited edition accessories, and store credits for each month you subscribe. The longer you subscribe, the more rewards you’ll get!
When we started the brand, the idea of subscribing to your laundry products so that it was one less thing to think about, made so much sense. But every month, 50% of our orders come from customers who are returning to buy their laundry products and only half of those are subscribers!
So we want to make our subscription offer better for you. We’ve come up with some new reward ideas.

I’ve cancelled subscription for the mystery box for the reasons, when I took it out it was marketed as having samples and surprises each time. So far I received 1 laundry bag, and each order was just 2 bottle of oud. While I love oud I worked out I’d just be cheeper to place a larger order for different scents so have a variety and get free postage rather than the same stuff and paying £3 postage each time. The discount it’s worth the postage to receive the same thing all the time and none of the “surprises and samples” as advertised.

I have received my order, thank you. The stain remover does not have a measured scoop in it – the instructions say to use 1x scoop (30g)
Please can you provide me with the correct scoop.

I think free shipping on subscriptions would be a real incentive.
Also a mix and match option would be good too.

Please make some kind of tumble dryer sheets, especially now that we appear to have a winter early(well we do in Scotland) The fragrance doesn’t last once it’s been in the tumble dryer and the clothes don’t even smell nice and then need to be washed again. Please bring something out for this. Please. I don’t want to have to use any big brands for the winter. I left them for a reason
